Empirical studies on DCHN?
I'm writing a paper on management, and I thought I'd include something about DCNH in as far as it relates to hiring people who won't turn around and start their own businesses with the training they learn from skilled artisans. Specifically, it seems to me like Ds will always try to go it alone, while Ns will try to stay where they are at and work their way up the ranks. It'd be nice though, if I could cite a study demonstrating the importance of the model. Can anyone think of such a study?
