The Chick and the beardy guy. Try to ignore their disgusting romantic bliss.
She's definitely an introvert, IJ most likely. Not sure on him.
Oh, and don't quote.

You are the guy, aren't you?
The guy: ENTp
The girl: Irish ancestry? SEE?
I'm not really sure about my VI abilities, but my first impression was the guy being INFp and the girl being ISTj. I get mostly IxFp vibes from him and IxTj vibes from her.
gamlets.
whoa, pretty eyes!
Damn, that chick is super hot.
Girl is obvious INFj, no idea about the guy.
Wow, that girl is absolutely gorgeous.
i doubt the girl is INFJ. I'd say INFP over that actually.
The guy is maybe Alpha SF?
I say she is ISFj, She has the same style as calenwen!
I think the girl is Fi ego. I'm not sure on ISFj though.
Still, she's very pretty.
.
Really? That's funny. I know that everyone has different tastes when it comes to looks, but it's still odd to me that everyone doesn't find this girl extremely beautiful.
Diljs - not to sound super creepy, but were these pictures taken in Michigan? I think I recognize some stuff in the background in the pictures that were taken outdoors, lol.
I think the guy has top notch facial hair tho...
heh heh Yeah, I'm in agreement on the beard thing. 'Bleh' to beards in general. He looks nice with a beard, though. It fits him. Some guys look really skanky in a beard.
To answer some questions:
Yes, she is one of the most beautiful women I've ever met. It's natural too, she rarely wears makeup. If you don't think she's attractive I question your concept of beauty.
They're from Texas, but I dunno they might be in Michigan in some of those.
Beards make her horny, although she's a strict "saving it for marriage" type (soon to marry that guy). Pretty much her whole life has been plotting out her marriage and preparing to be the perfect wife. "If I don't get married in college I don't know what I'm going to do" - direct quote.
Yeah, that's one of the reasons I was struck by how beautiful she is - you can tell that she is wearing hardly any, if any, makeup in those pictures.
My IEI sister is the same way about wanting to get married. We have lots of arguments about it and I don't understand. :?
The girl is NOT EII.
I mean....she could be, but I'd be very very surprised.
EIIs rarely have that flirty, subdued sexual look. If anything, they look mischevious.
No offense to any of you because I used to do it too before I learned this stuff, but just throwing out looney tune guesses at VI makes Socionics look stupid and impossible.
That guy's a blatant ENFj and she's ISXj.
(Part of the reason I'm doing the new type naming thingy is to help this forum out with this... I mean, there should be ZERO 'delta' guesses ITT... That there is says something about the state of affairs here, you know?)
lol, that's weird because I think she's absolutely gorgeous. I don't (or more like can't) make judgement on how interesting someone is until I talk to them. It is interesting how you and the other beta NFs I know talk about noticing some people and just 'not seeing' others in a room - I don't think I feel that, everyone is just there, you know?
There's just something about how this girl photographs though - something that draws my attention to her immediately in each shot. Which is something of an achievement given her boy has the most gorgeous eyes! :O (On a side note: stubble is hot. Beard, not so much.)
I do find her interesting, and more interesting than he is. It's the sultry look she creates, but it does seem like a "look," like beneath the sultry exterior I'm not sure what is inside. But the sort of "far off" feel of it seems to change what the world is (she would probably do well as a model). She somehow makes all the pictures look intriguing as if it's some forbidden love affair in Paris in a novel or something. And when I look at the rest of the picture, it's like the guy and the surroundings weren't clued in that they're supposed to transform into a scene in Vogue. It's almost amusing, what she does in the pictures, especially the fifth one. They don't seem to be in the same world, and she seems to be in her own world, a strange, indifferent, "I'm outside of all of it" world. Is this how she really is, just naturally? Or is she reflecting an element of culture that she is trying to emulate or re-create?
I thought about maybe SEI for her. ? If not, Beta NF? LSI? Bla.
For him I don't know... ILE? EIE? ESE?
His eyes are gorgeous. and he looks like a fun, Fe guy. I have no idea about her. She's attractive, they make a very nice-looking couple. and I like the facial hair. :)
he's an intp, just so everyone is clear, and she is incredibly obviously an isfj. badaching, next thread.
I never understood how people could be so confident in completely understanding a person's type through VI. While I agree some people look the part, something tells me "the part" is formed from subjective data from their own life experiences and the people they know that they think are a certain type. Something tells me we'd all type people in each other's lives completely different than what we ourselves have guessed.
There is something to VI ... And it becomes easier to use/apply with practice. (That said, it took me literally years to learn it... And I still get it wrong sometimes, as there are red herrings.)
I hope that VI will become easy for people to learn as we go through re-naming the types... I.e. that the process will teach people what to look for w/ VI, and typing people... Because if you see enough people of a certain type/subtype, it really starts to become clear. The eyes, facial features, carriage, etc.
VI is what will make a lot of people here finally understand Socionics, and be able to use it in a meaningful, practical way.
When one is good at it, one can ALMOST ALWAYS narrow down the VI subject's quadra--and from there it's relatively easy.
Maybe relating to what was mentioned before, I at first gave Vi some credit because I myself just read "vibes" from people and I can usually type them from said feelings, even if I'm not talking to them. I tend to immediately "type" (not socionics per se, but logging qualities of the person subconsciously) and then leave their type open and flexible for change. In actual practice, I'm not too far off from my "VI" offline, but when it comes to pictures, people tend to be so certain about types different from what I've perceived, and the only conclusion I've come to is that VI has little merit, and extremely little when it comes to pictures. I feel like in need to observe the person in the flesh to really get anything, I typically can tell if someone is Exxp/Exxj/Ixxp/Ixxj almost instantaneously, and then fill in from there. Sorry for the rant, I'm sure this has been said multiple times :P
