very excellent short interviews/clips from crumb. first one i posted was probably rather inappropriate as the interviewee cussed out sean penn for a full minute. (some of his work is a bit risque as well.) r. crumb is a twin of one of my best friends from high school, whose type i have some ideas about. would like your opinions, though.

i also realized that he reminds me of a few certain forum members who are rather Ni/Ti.

Yeah, I was thinking IEI.

don't feel bad, apparently no one cares about r crumb, either. i picked him because i suppose all the discussion of superficially NT-ish has come up quite a bit lately. he's extremely awkward, self-effacing, seems very NT-ish on the surface. i don't think his v.i. is just extremely IEI, although it makes sense that he might be one. however, i think all in all he seems like a beta type if you check the content of the videos. this all reminds me a little of an IEI like crazedrat perhaps. "intangibly :Fe:" is how niffweed described him, and i think i agree.

I was thinking IEI first, because the interview I saw was shot in a style that reminded me of Fritz the cat.
but my stomach is protesting and pointing out to Alpha NT. I will have to look into it more.

crumb is one of my favorite movies of all-time...
INXp for r. crumb. I'd be very interested if anyone has any opinions regarding his older brother's type.

To me he is some sort of enigma: the style of his criticism feels Gamma (INTp) to me, but the content reminds me of some Alphas (INTj/ENTp, his rambling about intellectuality and culture), which seems Fe to me. What I also noticed is that in contact with his family he smiles effortlessly, which seems Fe again to me.
If someone put a gun against my head and told me I have three seconds to decide, I would say INFp (on the basis of Ni and Fe), and pray it was right.
@implied: I do not see pathologies outside the personality domain (e.g. mood disorders), so I see no reasons why he should not be typable.
