.
I *can* be quite feminine. But it's not what I try for and I didn't so much mean feminine as... well... girly. Hehe I look like Heidi from Tool Time except I know what I'm talking about. :D
.
The only ISTp that I know is my brother (and thats just what I THINK he is). So I don't know. lol.
For a long time I wasn't "girly" at all. I don't think I'm that girly now, but feminine is a good word.
And for ENTp women...I think "womanly" is a good word.

I look feminine but don't always act feminine.
Don't know too many female istp's, though to comment.
I think the least feminine type is probably ENTj. My mother is one, and I always make fun of her and call her a lesbian because she acts like such a man and dresses so poorly.
I don't know many ISTP women that I'm aware of but I know a few ESTP females and they seem more "feminine" than I do.
They are more interested in clothes and appearance then I am.
The thing that bothers me about the "femininity" thing is that if you do not fit what people feel is feminine, then by default you are masculin. I'm more assertive than a lot of females but don't feel that makes me more masculin...just more assertive.
I would agree the description that some girls are more "girly" then others why ENTPs are more "womanly". When I put the effort in I look very femine and womanly but don't think anyone would describe me as girly.

I tend to dress quite neutral, not standing out, but can dress girly if I want to. People have sometimes called me cute before, although it might just be because I am small (5ft 0), although I wonder if this is due to the hidden agenda ('to love' ).
I guess its a bit relative aswell though, I feel quite feminine and think others see me this way aswell, but im not really sure how others percieve me.
