Yes, it's difficult to say these IMO with a high level of accuracy (at least for me). LSEs tend not to like to look less than perfect so they can look to lie or about something they should've picked up on or thought about in advance, could be due to weak Ni.Quote:

Its funny, I thought thats what you were getting at about LSE. Yes, I think they do tell those kinds of fibs. They often look for every Te eventuality (Ne HA), that they come across as going way overboard with efficiency. Its like, not everything is going to be perfect, but to them, it needs to be.Quote:

With EIE, I think they lie to get people to rally behind them. I'm not talking like this image of some stupid revolutionary beta stereotype, you know? "No, no, its a big deal, it can't be done today...for such and such reason, everyone here agrees...right? Right?"

I disagree. I usually don't trust Betas (some of them, ofc ...depends on case) right from the start. But at least I know they can jump straight to the jugular anytime. I don't trust them when they're all about Fe high-scale dramatic emotions ...please, negative, if possible. Some look like they'd die for that. "Doesn't matter if we're friends, I can screw anyone over for a taste of that bloody emotion." Plus I always have the feeling it's mainly about competition ...with a prominent social aspect emphasized (due to Se-Fe axis). Corridas ... toreadors ...mmm. But well ... I was married to a LSI-Ti and ofc I trusted him to a certain extent. Still I knew he wouldn't back off from being a huge bitch if necessary ... when provoked.
Alphas - sometimes I don't trust them because they feel a bit weak. Kinda of "could I really rely on this person in a matter of life and death? is there anything more significant to them than eating yummy cakes and sending greeting cards to ppl on special occasions?" Plus I don't feel like they are gonna take a stance and go with it on serious issues, whether global, or personal. Comfort, niceties, and pointless imagination are oh, so imp.
Deltas - often too nice in an unctuous way ...kinda wanting to get along with everyone and avoid conflict (unvalued Se without Fe, man). I can surely sense when one likes me, but at the same time due to their own personality I kinda wonder if it's not mainly about keeping face and "seeing the good in ppl through rose-colored glasses" ... so mby it's not a particular determined pull towards me.... they'd do the same with everyone, right. Sometimes I feel I cannot rely on them in case of conflicts and fast problem-solving. It's like they prefer a surface kinda harmony between ppl coupled with a very slow pace in dealing with things ...so is that person even gonna see or admit when there are non-crystalline things. What if burglars attack them .. are they gonna do anything else except for philosophising on the nature of honesty and bravery.
alphas. too much +Fe bullshit.
In actuality I have found LIIs to be the most honest.
SLEs the least honest/reliable

Anyway, I find Se-types tend to lie to persuade or get their way. I don't exactly lie but more like "fudge the truth" so that technically I wasn't wrong, or perhaps it's so inconsequential that no I know no one will tell me off but it will make an impact. But I'm not good at remembering the multiple lies I've told people, like some people seem to be good at.
I never lie I just eat cake and send christmas cards to people.
