I really have no idea why you would type Dexter as INTj. Time again it's demonstrated that his interest in life's pleasures is a facade by which he recreates the image of a normal life. As for the opening credits, it has nothing to do with enjoying life, it has to do with killing things. Everything is symbolic of either blood and cutting or strangling.
If you want to talk about paradox, then ISTj makes far more sense than INTj. ISTjs tend to have a fixation on what is right, what is honest, what is true, and Dexter's code is like the ISTj way of coming to terms with the horrible things he has to do by nature of his past.
