I'm looking at his face and I see Te there. Lots and lots of Te. That jaw is square and enormous. My initial impression from his pictures is LSE, and one picture makes him look ILI, but in this picture he looks more LIE: https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-NApvv43rB...600/Image6.jpg.
On the other hand, this quotation indicates low Ni:
“We can only see a short distance ahead, but we can see plenty there that needs to be done.”
This is what Alan Turing, the pioneering mathematician, computer scientist, philosopher, code-breaker and icon of the 20th Century, said of the challenge of developing ‘machines that can think’ in his seminal paper ‘Computing Machinery and Intelligence’ in 1950.
Still, lots of high Te LIE's have lower Ni. Remember, he wasn't just interested in Ti theory. He was trying to build a computing machine. LIE's build things. In the real world.
*EDIT*The quotation above says his seminal paper in 1950 was "Computing Machinery and Intelligence", but he published a more important paper in 1936 called "ON COMPUTABLE NUMBERS, WITH AN APPLICATION TO THE ENTSCHEIDUNGS PROBLEM", http://www.cs.virginia.edu/~robins/T...Paper_1936.pdf
