9 integrates healthy 3, which is not about this kind of success anymore. It's about making yourself heard in a way, knowing self-importance. If you got CFS that switches things around quite a lot :/ Please recover well ok, or find happiness the way it is either way
All of their actions originate in 'selfish' aka self-shielding acts. The overprotector deems him/herself superior and stronger and entitled to responsibility while fearing to be hurt him/herself, the anxious person takes themselves and their future too seriously, the angry person - I already explained it elsewhere. You cannot deal with selfish people being egocentric yourself, develop a compassionate attitude. Understanding their motives can help you tolerate and accept it since it's difficult to change what they do, I assume. It only changes when you resist less, when you deem them as something you don't have to "deal with" anymore. "It's okay, I know why you do it" will neutralize their attempts or render them useless when they see that you care, and you see that they care underneath. All actions are love in disguise, but sometimes the masquerade really is quite extreme. So it's important to see beyond face value, any tantrum of theirs is just showing attachment to you.

Yep that is you being typically 9, considering all perspectives and looking for balance. The advice I can give is that one good potential leads to another. A choice has many parameters but eventually, you already know what's good for you and your goals. Look at this quote here. That's why 3-integration is so important, finding one's ideal path where you take action to realize yourself the most. Where you realize your talents best. Much like my journey goes toward the loyalist 6 who will troubleshoot and develop healthy trust, but I will still maintain 3's confidence and self-consciousness since those are the talents that help me develop new ones. I don't think in terms of strength and weakness (unless you ask my inner 8), it all depends on what comes to you by chance and what your inherent characteristics permit.

Very good approach. You know what you're doing. Self first, type follows. I'd also outsource some things to other e-type influences depending on how tritype constellation goes, and health level of course. As far as you're concerned, how would you say your development is, and your integration?
    Self-preservation, there we go! <3

Precisely, you just have a higher threshold. 9 is still a gut type, they can get fairly angry but their denial is too strong. It's passive-aggressive since they still are invested in not experiencing tension. Loss and separation are somewhat misattributed to 9, it applies more to the interpersonally dependent heart types. As you already say, assertion is not far away, that's the 8-wing. I agree that crossing boundaries should not be tolerated, and it is better to resolve it (even creating distance), having your own best interest in mind first. It's the strength of 8, being on their own confidently, and self-protection. But your wish to be unbothered is already reason enough to stand up for yourself the way you need it.
SLI is always reactionary, you embody this so much I like this attitude right there. What obligations are those, for instance?
Ah - another thing I've noticed. You're probably the subtype.

Oh, I know what you mean. Negative emotions are much more thrilling in a psychological sense, and allow for release. Not being bothered is a sign of overall detachment so I'm surprised you would consciously engage in this. But then again - you might just compensate. They survive by letting it out which is normal unenlightened human behavior, not all of us are Zen Buddhists who retrieve their sense of well-being from within. But I guess since you engage in negative emotions privately, you're just like them in a way, just expressing it inside. There is an overall sense of contradiction to what you said You don't find it unpleasant in your own dreams but other volatile people annoy you. It's like you want to keep it in check when you imagine it but the outside is overwhelming.

You rather told me more about your sociotype The clue you gave was requiring freedom which on the flipside means you dislike being under the thumb of someone else. That's 8's fear of being controlled and wanting to be independent. But I haven't seen other hints, except challenging me to guess your type. Not bold and commanding enough, not invasive, unbothered to keep the peace, against bad vibes. An 8 is the opposite like my girl niffer on here. Quiet, easygoing, feeling obligated to another while still withdrawing, accepting, low energy, that's 9 behavior. 9w8 is the verdict so far, then: avoids conflict, seeks harmony and comfort, escapes demands. I stick with SP/SX, you eliminate the social element from your endeavors to nourish the self, but are accessible one-on-one. If you're indeed 9w8, you found yourself the big bad 3 enneagram supervisor

Word. What normal people do is just boring anyways. What I remember so far is: It's good when I go to bed around 10 and wake up around 7 randomly. I feel sort of fresh after that. Dunno if that works these days, needs some scientific testing.

Hmm.~ How much physical activity do you have on average?

Now those are scary dreams there. Wouldn't you want to imagine something more pleasant than negative emotions, or is it difficult to guide? I know it's just and example & the emotions are not real, but still. My dreams are about both feelings and emotions usually, if you combine them it gets intense. Are you some enneagram type 6 or 5? Just a random thought, those types get into really angsty things. 6?9 tritype, something like that. You know, while we're at it with typing you as SLI, this is the final touch I'm also curious about your instinct stacking. Self-pres first for sure with your proficiency in daily life maintenance things, SP/SX maybe fits. But I don't know if you read into those things and are even interested so give me a sign. <3

Looked it up, 8 hours is still valid for my age (20) but I should rather calculate the 90 minute REM cycles within those hours, you probably heard about the method. Used to do that when I was younger, and it worked fairly well until my rhythms changed through staying up late. I see, is it because you yourself have increased body temperature by then or it's really just your room? Alrighty, noted: "Zombie brain effect kicks in" Your muscles start to hurt then, how come? Headache, good point. I stare into oblivion all day so that's eliminated as a criterium, the idea I had was rather having a tense back. Which makes sense, the spine contracts during the day. Humans are a bit like accordions

It's possible for my imagination to switch it around as I please, I can be myself as well as watch myself, or someone else. I also see snapshots or short movements rather than a movie. It's like being a fashion photographer going around the model and advising different stances while getting different angles at the same time. That's probably socionics related, IEEs have static holographical-panoramic cognition. What types of sentiments are those? I would say feelings exclude since the latter is more outside of oneself picking up moods, as well as expressing one's own fully, making one's state heard. There's a big difference between personal feelings (Fi) and emotions (Fe). Or do emotions appear in your dream, too? When you say you feel it like your own, where do they come from? Now that's interesting, your bodily state transfers to your imagination!

Hm... so balance is needed. That's a perk, your dreaming alerts you about it. Probably right during the REM stages in the middle of the night as you saw in the chart, that's when chances increase that you'll be awake. I own a little fan indeed! *^* Will put that one to use. Right, I thought about the noise as well, but when you say that you can get used to it then it's probably fine.

Okay lil' mochi Wasn't the required length of sleep also correlated with one's age? I tried this strategy already, aiming for an earlier time, but yeah the Internet is tricky you got it. I do better knowing when my body says: okay, rest please. What are some typical signs? Sounds weird but I tend to miss it, too much in my head. Yeah yeah yawning and heavy eyes are obvious but what else is there? I'm not so much aware of the more subtle things because I'm distracted by crazy imaginations about poke, the collective unconscious, Gay Jesus, all three combined, and whatnot.

Ahh, the sleep hormone thing with the light. I'd have an issue as well but my lamps are dim, so are my laptop/phone screens when I regulate them. Maybe not the best for eye health though, I'm not sure. Sleep mask yeah good idea, but I got thick curtains. Although when I would go to bed around 9/10 which is not what I usually do, it could happen that I maybe need it Daydreaming is already default!! I have my magnificent somnific plots to go through but a sleeping movie would be new. Could really adopt that. Agh, I forgot about the temperature. AC is not available, German houses don't have that. Yeah, you are probably baffled now. At least our climate is continental. Dunno if buying/installing an AC would be worth it? I have this problem that I am accustomed (...attached...) to a bigger and heavier blanket that I can't sleep without, no matter how much of a sauna the room is. Still need a solution for this. I probably should install some permanent iceberg in a corner. Breath: makes sense, will try.

Ohhhh wow thanks...! The advice was really good, also with the personal perspective. If 8 hours is the minimum, what's the maximum? Or does the body just get as much as it needs naturally if you try to stick to at least "8-12" and listen to your... fatigue? I don't like rules and inflexible schedules either so it probably works. Interesting, I noticed the same trend with me here, finish first and then go to bed. What are activities one should or shouldn't necessarily carry out before sleeping so you can 1) fall asleep fast and 2) rest and regenerate well?

(the shocked people in the background lmao)

´ello, I need advice, figured you had an idea. When's the healthiest time to sleep - also in relation to other things you'd do that day? Are there certain types of sleepers among ze humans? I don't know when and how it's the most comfortable and how it makes sense the most. I just find it problematic to sleep normally since I'm quite a night owl, and university classes are always in the afternoon so there's no reason to try some "capitalistic routine" () thing but I don't sense it's really good for my well-being whatever I try. Or maybe it depends one some other factors? Either way, grazie if you have a clue.
