not long -- a earlier this year I chatted with a russian user who had their psyche yoga, temporistics, and amatorics in their profile and they explained them, and I only started looking into them a couple months ago. but I agree psyche yoga seems fairly simple. I don't even bother with mbti anymore bc it's so vague
