Anyways, the name is a mispelling of the Alamo. I was working on a project for the Mexican-American wars, and needed a username for it. And so Alamoes was born. Then I changed it Alomoes for some reason. I changed it because the o seemed better, probably for assonance reasoning. And yes, you pronounce the s. I am a very phonetic person.
