Happy Birthday.

It's OK. Well, you should probably stop drinking. Nowadays I tend to think drinking and drugs are just bad full stop, as much as that probably sounds like spoilsport purism. I think drinking and drugs just make people crazy and being crazy is bad.

I have NOT been encouraging him to pursue teenage girls. o.O

I told him that it wasn't anti-Islamic to watch porn during COVID lockdown. But in case this has caused him to become a porn-addict, then I feel bad about it and regret it.


If he ever asks about me, tell him that I don't want him to pursue teenage girls.

I think it was somebody else who mentioned that about other countries. I think I suggested talking to the voices and getting closer to them. It's not my idea but a fundamental principle in Jungian psychology that if a part of the psyche is dissociated (as in your case) the healing might come from finding a way to relate to the unconscious and slowly integrate it. So making a conscious effort to learn from the voices and what they are experiencing, maybe express it in art etc. On a smaller scale that's what we all experience in dreams when we see and hear figures who act autonomously. By processing the dream we can integrate the psychic material. It's also related to the Christian dogma of compassion. To care for everything that is lost and seen as "the other".
