Hey, how's it going? Did you find out whether your symptoms are caused by depression?

I do mean what I said in the Random Thought Thread. I don't want to use the word "mild", and I want to be careful when addressing it as I'm not any sort of licensed professional, but to me, on the very surface level of the internet and the little I know, it sounds like your voices are a symptom of something that is not purely a psychotic disorder. This can happen with both depression and bipolar disorders. It's usually not a constant and so they made fade in time. However, I can't say that's the case for sure by any means. It sounds like you're doing good by going to a professional and doing things such as exercise to help. Sometimes people like the labels because it helps them understand more what is going on, but I think part of the idea at least is that for some, they can maybe...create more of something that maybe wasn't there to begin with, if that makes sense? Glad you are having some moments in which you are feeling better
