Dual contact, dual relations, relationships of duality, relationship of complete mutual complementarity ... All of these phrases describe the same intertype relation, which constitutes the essence of discovery made by A. Augusta that paved the way to the amazing concept of socionics.

Indeed, when you're observing a dual pair, an impression arises, as A. Augusta writes, that in front of your eyes is a separated androgenous pair - so organic, natural, and comfortable... read more

Have you noticed duality to be more common between some types?

Exactly. Many things must take play in it. I've gotten along with SLI women who are Sx first mostly(like me), they're incredibly warm and attractive in

What is my type? Am I IEI or something else? Thank you in advanced

I can see why IEE typing was offered but I don't think IEI-C would be implausible (they would be typed typically IEI-Fe in that subtype scheme). Not that

Ni being literally related to time (hours, seconds, minutes) is silly to me. It's not literally about clock type time/punctuality. It's about zooming

    1. The Problem of Intra-Type Differences

Why are people of same socionics type so different? This question has long perplexed every sober-minded practitioner of socionics. How can two people of the same psychological system, that has an identical structure, demonstrate such different examples of behavior when encountered with same life situations?

Conduct a simple experiment. Gather 3-4 people of a single socionics type, it is unimportant which type and which socionics specialist has determined their types. Give them any accessible task (e.g. a jointly solved intellectual puzzle or a situation that they need to play out) and then observe their behavior. You will see that in spite of them having identical types, some of them will be more active, others more passive, some will be more ...

Four Types of Employees in Times of Crisis - Socionics DCNH subtypes to the Aid of HR
    -by Kirill Kravchenko

This article will be useful to everyone who has encountered the problem of recruiting personnel during periods of crises, as well as to those who have passed socionic diagnostics with me and want to understand their growth zones and weaknesses. The situation of uncertainty in the economy poses difficult tasks before businesses, whose leaders and representatives want not only to withstand difficult periods without losses, but also to increase the momentum of their business or project if possible. This is not an easy goal to achieve without a particularly competent approach to selection of personnel, an approach that should take into account that in situations of ...
