Kewl, as long as you find it helpful rather than hurtful. That was my concern. Like when I found out about NeFi, it helped explain a lot of the issues I've dealt with in the past, and helped me feel normalish finally. And now I don't worry as much about those things as I used to. Like all those stupid logic courses and books I tried studying, feeling frustrated because I was nowhere near being as "rational and logical" as teachers and therapists were pushing me to be. No more treating the emotional, moody side of me as a "disorder". I hope that you can get some kind of similar peace.
Hey, yeah, it helps understanding the nature of various frustrating problems I have, like the lack of sense of identity, and the difficulty motivating myself to do even simple tasks. I might see about getting a piece of paper from a doctor if I'm having trouble working, but I shouldn't.
