An acoustic is a future objective for me as well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRUxqubFLec
Solo Phil Anselmo album! I think that was the guy who wrote a book on Dime's riffs, the Bruce guy... loved the Superjoint stuff, gotta get caught up on Down and Arson Anthem and Witchtripper ruled pretty hard... Once I wake up, the acoustic guitar should be mine, probs gonna make some mellower shit and not deal with bandmates haha...

*cough*
Bernard Purdie! that dude rules! I got him pretty solid as SEE and 7. Love how he talks through the playing like he does haha... he got me using more subtle things like ghost notes on the snare and opening and closing the hi-hats with my feet, also more china cymbals and riding on the things... And hell yeah on Radio Eris! Starts in 30 mins here, probs gonna put that book they linked to on the Kindle...
Since you're typing drummers https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J8DsNo4KB6Y This cracked me up. Really crisp delivery and consistent tempo too.
