It takes a lot of stretching my mind to see an Fe-IEI as Enneagram 8 (an Ni-IEI would be much more likely for E8); the most telling thing I saw in the test was the prevalence of Enneagram 3, and such a thing would explain why you've been having confusion when it comes to tests. Much of E3 is about almost exclusively using externalized standards to measure what you are, not just in terms of identity, but in terms of value, which can be hellish and bewildering for various reasons... I'd set you at 3w4 - read up on it, and see how it fits!
