It wasn't a test and I appreciate your help thank you so much. I'm thinking about it
Sure (ignoring my initial instinct that is some sort of test lol). Option for exposition: (Not sure if the female is the E or I here) -Introverted dual goes through several relationships, has a "not getting any younger" melancholy. -Meets extroverted dual in chance encounter/rivalry situation/new coworker/new customer/ at a wedding of a mutual friend/at the zoo while the extroverted dual is with their then-mismatched significant other/ after being conned, mugged, minor car accident with the dual/ the dual is doctor, psychologist, or somehow privy to the introverted dual's personal life but is held back by professional boundaries/ one dual is buying the house being sold by the other, who is part of a divorcing couple or widow/widower Potential plot complications/rising actions after the romance is established -drug problem -family member with drug problem( or dependent family member like child, mentally ill parent, etc that scares other dual off for awhile) -they decide jointly to try to accomplish something big, with one of them more into it than the other, creating unfounded doubts about the nature of their bond -there could be a cross-religion complication, or a cross-economic class complication What exactly goes here should depend on the tone of the ending. If they are ending happily ever after, then it doesnt matter too much. But it would be far juicier for things to end tragically or with an acceptance of the humble realities of love and life. Alternatively, One of the characters could be a figment of the other's imagination. This could be played as either a very sad twist, or a beautiful one, depending on whether its presented as madness or delusional peace. This is fun!
My bf is making a romantic love story about a dual couple and the female character's search for love; he needs ideas about scenes; he thinks there isn't enough action, movement in the story. Can you suggest some things.
An idea, you say? Do tell!
