A little bit. I've been meditating for 2 years now, 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night, almost every day unless I have something going on. I'm not into Chakras and that sort of thing, but I used to be. I know a psychic who is EIE and has helped me through a lot of spiritual things; Kundalini, for example.
