For purposes of clarity I call Ne an object's specific internal statics, its constant features and ranges of action.

specific internal statics of dynamic internal objects = a person's sense of their own changing potential.

specific internal statics of dynamic external objects = the potential to perform change; opportunity.

specific internal statics of static internal objects = a person's sense of their own enduring potential; factors innate to objects that cannot be muted.

specific internal statics of static external objects = the ability of a person or object.

specific internal statics of dynamic internal fields = the potential inherent to changes in the experience of relation; the capacity for personal growth.

specific internal statics of dynamic external fields = the potential of changes in the conduct of relation.

specific internal statics of static internal fields = the potential experiences inherent to a given relation.

specific internal statics of static external fields = the potential of a given state of relation.

If you'll notice, these stack on top of each other quite well, each to their opposite (static internal to dynamic internal, for example: when a state of relational experience is found lacking even when pursued to its deepest depths, personal growth is easier to accept); the internal and external varieties appear in the context of each other: along with changes in the conduct of interpersonal relation come the realization that individuals persons may have more or less social potential (dismissing racism, for example, allows a man who is not of the majority race of a nation to become its president), and the pursuit of the same may likewise be the fuel for the change.
