Default This is the last time I'm doing this

This is the last time i'm making one of these. I'm getting irritated with the different suggestions so I'm making this to maybe get a definitive answer. I don't know where to start. I can't get my thoughts together to form an overview of my 'personality'. Unless someone asks me a direct question, I can't describe myself.

But I'm having a hard time understanding why people view me as an extrovert. I enjoy being active and "out in the world", but that's about the extent of it. I don't like putting forth the energy to maintain friendships. I can enjoy hanging out with people on a surface level, but beyond that, I usually have no interest. People have told me I seem very mature and 'serious' and older than my age. I'm not sure why. I'm generally very pleasant to everyone I come in contact with. At work, I'm known as the shy, 'sweet', friendly girl who cracks some sarcastic comment once in a while. Heck, my quietness is an office joke, lol. One of my coworkers always teases me for it. I have my moments when i'm not this way. I have a very quick temper and am not afraid to speak up for myself whatsoever. This has caused many a problem in my time. With the police, for example . I know "outgoingness" isn't supposed to be brought up in relation to extroverts when it comes to socionics, but oh well. I don't believe that.

So yeah, I've settled on being a **TP, of some sort. I'm absolutely postive about that. I'm not sure about the others. I have no idea what else to talk about, so um..ask me questions.

Here are some newer pictures of myself, for what it's worth. And they're not orange this time!

    Um, ISTp.

And a question: Do people have to drag you to any sort of social event?

Honestly I can't see much other than SLI. But my thinking you're SLI is really only by default. Sometimes you do seem you might have Fe PoLR so that fits. The argument that you could be ILI might work too. But my current opinion on your type is SLI.

You made the pictures look ISTp on purpose didn't you? But yeah those kind of are ISTp/INTp looking. ISTp more likely because you wear all that Si stuff.

    Edit:
I did suggest ISFp as a possibility for you in the past but there have been some pretty good arguments against it since then.

You know, I never considered ILI very seriously before, but these pictures and the description make me think there's a good chance. You have a litle bit of the Ni-type delicateness to you, a really subtle but appealing femininity; I've never seen it in any ST. I'm reminded of Keira Knightley, especially in the first one, who I think is Ni-ILI or Ni-IEI, and you really don't seem to be Fe-ego.

So yeah, in total I think ILI is a good bet. SLI would be next.

(These are the hottest ones yet, FWIW.)

Hey, who said anything about socionics describing what you look like? C'mon, just stick to the "what your natural inclinations are" and "what functions you are most comfortable using" and leave the rest of the shit out. It'll get you confused. d00d

So, can you see liveandletlive as your dual and niffweed as your identical? And discojoe as your activation partner? And Gilligan as your semi-dual? And Expat as your mirror? And so on.

I can't answer how i feel about my 'relations' with other people on this board, it's just a username and some text to me.

I just find it strange some think i'm ILI and some think SLE. How do those two even remotely resemble each other?

Yay ISTp You remind me very much of an ISTp coworker of mine, only you look much much nicer ^_^ (he looks typical lethargic ISTp dude with a big belly ) You look very relaxed and S(ensual) to me (and I think if you were INTp you'd love juggling all the little x's and o's of socionics theory fo sho.) And you don't look scary at all but very attractive

Well, obviously some people are wrong and some people are right then. Or they are all wrong

Anyways I feel much different from your regarding your first comment i.e. the "just a username and some text" thing. I can't relate to that at all.

In real life, they don't much at all. On here, all we can see is irrationality, logic/weak ethics, and Se/Ni values.

ISTp. Actually this is probably the most ISTp profile you've written so far. Your video, however, looked like it could have been other types, i was going to say ISTj as well but now that I think about it, I'm thinking that it could still be ISTp.

Yup, I don't see an ISTj having any problem typing out a detailed description of themselves. An LSI would also be far more into the x and o's of socionics, again like an ILI would. In the video Jessica's movements were very precise and economical, typical SLI traits. And in the pics here she looks charmingly relaxed yet alert lol. Jessica says a dream job of hers would be a detective, but she doesn't quite have the j drive for that. I have a really hard time to see any ILIness in Jessica at all. Certainly her humour isn't ILI at all (jokes about equations and theoretical stuff and offended protests against someone messing with the ILI's NT processing ).

Sorry, i'm missing a lot of these questions. Didn't see them the first time around. Generally, no. I usually love going out.. other than to parties. Parties i can't do. Anxiety is too high. It really all depends on the amount of people i'm with and my level of comfort with them. The more people, the more uncomfortable and the more I fade into the background. I get really irritated, really fast in social atmospheres.

XOX, in regards to not knowing the 'relations' I have with others on the board, I can't explain it. Sure, there are certain people I enjoy more than others, but really it's just text on a screen to me. I can't form any solid opinion on them, that would only be possible if i knew them in real life.

Hmm. I agree to that if we are talking e.g. about typing people. I don't really have a solid opinion on anyone's type as in what functions are in their ego block and what not. I have only "best guesses".

However I have quite a solid opinion on whether I like someone or not. Whether I would like to meet someone or not. Whether I consider someone potential friend or enemy. Whether I am sexually compatible with someone (haha, theoretically speaking that is) etc. I often form this opinion quickly and rarely change it. Then again it is possible that in real life after meeting these people I would change my opinion as I probably can't perceive it all online.

I want to claim having been the first to propose ILI as her type.

Fi>Fe preference and Fe PoLR were always clear, that's why I didn't agree with LSI (let alone SLE); also IP temperament. Hints of Gamma vindictiveness, Se-Ni values generally, and not really that much into Si imo.

Nevertheless, if not ILI, the second choice is SLI.

We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under cerulean skies...

I can enjoy hanging out with people on a surface level, but beyond that, I usually have no interest. this actually could suggest extroversion. this is because extroverts tend to enjoy many relationships with less focus on the depth of them, while for introverts it's reversed. or you could just be an introvert who doesn't care too much about relationships but enjoys the entertainment of hanging out with people

One of my coworkers always teases me for it. this is what makes me think introvert. it is not often that an extrovert will be known for quietness

And they're not orange this time!
to me, you are IxTp. I honestly cannot see how you cannot discern between the two. Look at gamma and delta. Read jung's original descriptions of Ni and Si. what do you appreciate most in others? the willpower, action and resolve, or the creativity and unconventional perspectives that they can introduce into your life?
