There is no safe food because the rain is tainted with poisons and that nourishes all.

A side note: I just learned how to add words to my dictionary while online. Yeyyeyyey.

I avoid eating meat and certain seafood. I like vegetables, fruits, and fish, as long as it fresh and healthy.

Really any "modern" food is going to kill you. If its fast and you didn't make it yourself then it's safe to say that it's bad for you.

I call bullshit on meat or saturated fat causing cancer. Something tells me they don't use meat from pastured animals in these studies.

Subject: Drinking Cold water after meal = Cancer!

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.

Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.

Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Not all of the commercial varieties of these contain trans-fat nowadays. Dunkin Doughnuts is trans fat free (they claim). I don't eat hot dogs...but bacon dam....I can't get the good bacon where I'm at. No Whole Foods...which actually has organic bacon (and nitrate/nitrite free) for only 1$ more. The same with lunch meats. What pathetic stores Harris teeters/food lion/wal-mart etc are! The processed meats they carry are of terrible quality, contain lies and are expensive! It's also pathetic if any non fast food place uses trans-fat...I mean the price difference is tiny! Pure laziness and greed! I've heard that local places are now among the worst offenders due to national chains being forced to cut back on trans fat. The law punishes them more for it.
Oh yeah FUCK GIRLS SCOUT COOKIES. Bitches should bake their own damn home-made cookies. Pathetic:the word of the day.

On the topic of french fries, I read that nightshade vegetables in general, including potatoes, are potentially hazardous if you have a calcium deficiency. They contain natural chemicals which pull calcium from your bones and deposits it elsewhere. For example, your joints, contributing to arthritis!

I'm going to put my captain obvious and serious hat on and say that it's okay in great moderation. It's no surprise all the foods listed I like on occasion and in humble servings or else my body feels really awful. I don't know how some people can pack that kind of food into their bodies without keeling over and feeling like utter hell. All I know is listen to your body because it gives sound advice.

You can also substitute fish sauce if you're cooking...

Or parmesan cheese/soy sauce if you're seasoning at the end...

MSG today is created via fermentation and is a natural process like beer or wine making.

Unless you got some sort of allergy to Glutamic acid, it's no different then eating delicious food from any number of sources.

More than 12 hot dogs per month seem to be quite a lot - you'd basically have to eat one hod dog every other day?

French fries do have a nice taste though...

The reason why the are so bad is because they have a tremendously high trans fats content; trans fats aren't very digestible and accumulate somewhere, either in your liver or arteries, greatly reducing your immune system and further causing overall slow down.

I have a nonstick fry pan and the coating is peeling off...is it safe to keep it and continue using it?

I usually hate throwing things away if they're still usable, but I would get rid of it. If it's Teflon-coated, it can make you sick if it gets in your food. Actually, even the fumes from Teflon can cause health problems. Instead, go and buy a cast iron pan. It's the "original nonstick pan" and will last you generations.
"How could we forget those ancient myths that stand at the beginning of all races, the myths about dragons that at the last moment are transformed into princesses? Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act, just once, with beauty and courage. Perhaps everything that frightens us is, in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love."

It is and I HATE throwing things away, too. What a waste of the environment. I got it because it was made in France and I thought it would be quality enough to last a long time, but I am now convinced that NO non stick pan is worth it. I hope they come up with a way to reuse these things. I'm either using cast iron from now or clad.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

Fast food is a drug based on location and manipulation of human desire: they have a store on every street corner selling fatty, sugary desires so you eventualyl give in at some point.
Trans-fat is horrible: Dr. Oz (a douche) mentioned 1 gram of it a day increases heart disease risk by 15%. Basically if you don't check every product for partially hydrogenated oils your going to get that amount because of the stupid labeling/per serving rules. (.5 grams trans fat per serving=zero trans fat on the label). Trans-fat is essentially a destroyed fat created by superheating unsaturated fats under pressure to increase shelf life. Bacon and hot dogs are highly processed: the high nitrates and nitrites causes stomach cancer (vitamin C eaten with these reduces the risk). The high saturated fats from low quality feedlot raised animals and lack of omega 3 and carotenoids/plant chemicals are part of whats bad too. French Fries (empty carbs) and doughnuts(sugar, sat fat) are usually fried in unstable oils that produce that acrylamide.
