Default Hello. What else where you expecting within the title?

Hi there, my name is Ember, and I'm an alcoholic. *waits for everyone to say hi to me* Oh, wait, wrong social area, let's start that over . . .

Hi there, my name is Ember, and I like socionics. I like other typology stuff in general, not so much for its intellectual value, but more so because I find it fun; and when I enjot something, I engage in it.

From what I have learned of socionics, I am SEI, under the two subtype system SEI-Si, under the 8 subtype system SEI-Ni, and under the sixteen subtype system SEI-IEI. I'm also 6w7 in enneagram, and possibly some sort of xNFP in JCF/MBTI. Yeah.

Besides typology, I also enjoy eating, music, haphazardly browsing through the net, eating, sifting through various ideas without a care, walking around beautiful nature scenery, and eating.

    So, great to be here

Finding things fun is a hallmark of SEI.

    Hi and welcome.

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

I'd say "Welcome" but why do so when this song suffices?

Thank ya'll for the warm welcome

EDIT: seems I cannot access my profile nor access my notifications. Anyone know why that may be? Thanks.

In addition, how come everyone else seems to have a fairly large avatar, yet when I upload one is shrinks to a really small size? Apologies for being nitpicky.

We are glad you came. So where are you from? You write like you have an accent. "walking around beautiful nature scenery."

Yeah... cause... only SEIs are able to experience something scientists call "fun". No other type (maybe some of the other alphas, but much less efficiently) will ever be able to tell if something is fun or not. SEIs have a special brain section whose only function is to detect fun. In former times, they used SEIs in social situations to quickly see if there's some fun happening. (Basically like the birds in mines which die when there is a high concentration of carbon monoxide.) Too bad they have invented the electronic fun detector. Many SEIs lost their jobs and had to be put to sleep.

Not experience fun, but SEI specifically look for things that are sensory pleasures for them, which are fun and they describe these things as fun.
