fenryrr i just want to say that you look great.soft,exceptionally beautiful(like,naturally.you don't need to change your face with all that make-up) and comfortable.seriously,you don't even look like anything sticks out ,like double-chins and stuff..that makes me really wonder why you'd want to lose that weight (ok,lame reasons come to mind).plus,it may only be 10 pounds but living in the smaller you will be restrictive and it may not be worth it in the long run.in addition,you know that diets can go wrong.you start to like seeing your self shrink and you get anorexia before you know it.i went on a drastic diet 3 years ago and i lost a lot of weight.nowadays i still "live like a thin person" but i aspire to be like one of those girls who just don't care but still don't look like they miss out on anything compared to the thinner ones.quite on the contrary,they are trully inspirational towards living a fuller life whereas the thin,doll-like ones seem like walking,breathing self-supressions that are up to no good (0:40).




well,yes,weight-loss definitely gives a sense of control but at some point one has to understand what this "sense of control" really is and why it's needed.if it IS needed.we should learn to put ourselves out there at any weight and be just as happy.

I feel pretty happy with the way I look overall. Diets never really work for me anyway.
But um, yeah, I do think 20 lbs may be too much. I'm at 131 right now so 20 lbs would put me at about 110...which for 5'3" isn't too small, but...I haven't weighed that little in a very long time. I'd like to build some muscle in my upper body as well. So..I dunno. I'm not too concerned about my weight, it's just that InvisibleJim wanted to lose a bit of weight too so we were going to keep each other accountable and all.
I really appreciate the concern. <3

I actually noticed yesterday that I've dropped 10 lbs from a year ago somehow. I'm not sure what I'm doing differently but haha. I don't even think I look that different. But I definitely think the perspective of health as a lifestyle is definitely superior to doing diets solely to lose weight.
