What does this imply or suggest in socionics terms? Types, functions, quadras?...it sounds to me like you are only able to value your strengths...and dont really seem to be able to appreciate how others are, although it might be different from you...

Were you socialized properly and around a wide variety of people- I mean a really variety of people and their complex groups, how they respond individuality. That's usually where not respecting & appreciating differences come from. I don't know if there is a function or type that correlates with that though.
But yeah man it obviously isn't all that cool if you wanna be in true power in life, in order to manipulate others better you kinda got to speak on their level while still having your own thing. That's what makes people respect you.

In my eyes, it implies weak Ne. Basically, you're showing a lack of interest in or concern for the potentiality of others, based on the premise that you're uninterested in what they are if it is different from yourself (and hence you will be uninterested in what they could be if it is different from yourself).
Would this indicate that this person does not value Ne, then? (besides being weak in it)
That makes a lot of sense. Would you also say that it would be more applicable to types with unvalued Ne than those with weak but valued Ne? Or just weak Ne in general?

Well, the person seems to be critiquing you from an Ne perspective, I'd say. How true you think it is about yourself is one issue. How constructive the critique was in terms of it pissing you off is another. Also, do you enjoy double decker tacos?

My gut reaction when I read this was weak Ne and Fi. I guess I could see arguments for either weak Ne and Fi or weak Ni and Fe causing it, so I don't really know. Then again I'm generally to inclined that too much weight is put on the super-ego functions being responsible for things instead of the super-id functions, but again I'm not confident enough in that to argue it. Something I'm working on in my mind.

If you make an active attempt to either remove this negative aspect from your personality or start taking on board that other people are different, Winterpark, it's probably a good sign that you have a problem with your weak Ne, and want to improve it. If, however, you're quite content with your own set of preferences and certainly don't and will never care for what others think (like I do), then it's likely that you have Ne in the super-ego.
That's my opinion, at least. I could be wrong.
