    Default A Delta Experience

This is not an earth shattering experience. This is just one of those small things that happen in the course of my life that brings me a small sense of joy.

This is on Bainbridge Island west of Seattle.

Sorry about the out of focus pictures.

Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.
If you're in this forum to learn something, be careful. Lots of misplaced toxicity.

~an extraverted consciousness is unable to believe in invisible forces.
~a certain mysterious power that may prove terribly fascinating to the extraverted man, for it touches his unconscious.

Nice, but looks expensive too... 10 bucks for salt :/.

Well, it's Primordial Himalayan Pink Sea Salt. It's the Purest Salt on Earth.

That isn't for salting in the usual sense, by the way. You'd only use a few grains at a time as a flavor accent on appetizers or something. The bottle would probably last about 10 years, depending on how often you cook fancy schmancy stuff.

As if you would be able to tell the difference.

lol You can, depending on what you do with it. If you don't bury the flavor under your other ingredients...

That's for professional chefs. Someone made me black radish slices with a smear of butter and a few grains of Fleur de Sel on top. That time, the salt really did matter. But I wouldn't have the skill to come up with something like that on my own.

On a side note for whoever just wasted a minute reading that reply, did that reply sound like I was being a know-it-all? If it did, I apologize. I don't know why I say shit like that sometimes.

I'm curious because it touches on a conversation I had with someone recently...
