Waldo is some kind of retarded SEI (every show has one), he's barely a character. Steve is some kind of retarded Ti/Fe valuer.

lmao, same here. I can either watch that or Proactiv commercials. It used to be Saved By the Bell that saved me from the extremely early morning boredom but I saw every single episode a million times.
