Default Life in the shoes of an IEI/INFp

Yea I was just curious what it'd be like.
    She is wise
    beyond words
    beautiful within
    her soul
    brighter than
    the sun
    lovelier than
    love
    dreams larger
    than life
    and does not
    understand the
    meaning of no.
    Because everything
through her, and in her, is
    "Yes, it will be done."

    Hi there,
This is actually my first post but I have been lurking around these forums for months- I am pretty much sure I am an IEI-Ni and have actually been having difficulties with my EII friend recently- I am pretty sure she is my quasi-identical.
Well I feel that all my life, I have always had the ability to detach myself from situations and almost see them from outside myself if that makes any sense- and I think Ni as a leading function means that we are always very reticent in interacting with the environment in a very apparent fashion- I always used to be rebuked in school for never raising my hands in class to answer questions that I full well knew the answer to- but its almost this aloof, rebellious quality in me that goes- I like concealing the extent of my abilities from people if that makes sense and enjoy being underestimated in a perverse way.
I am also always accused by my dad and his girlfriend, who are the most obvious pair of Alpha irrationals you will ever see, of being aloof and uncaring and living in my dream world all the time- and my lack of Si is always commented upon- and it is true I really require someone to tell me what to do, I need a strong Se push and that is why I love my best friend, an LSI because she is one of the very few people who makes me feel intensely alive and also feel emotionally- that is why I am often confused as to whether I am an ethical type- because I am not terribly emotional- I have horrid mood swings but I cry and laugh on demand- anyways this is a very lengthy first post indeed- but hope it is a bit insightful

    here is a sample:

Sunday morning, 10 AM, still in pajamas, smoking pipe, reading a socionics forum.
    "What is love?"
"The total absence of fear," said the Master.
    "What is it we fear?"
    "Love," said the Master.

    I chose Love

    Nice. Keep the contributions flowing.

Btw sigma, I like the way the smoke drifts around your head.

Hey lurker. I'm not sure about what I'm about to say next, but I've heard that IP temperaments are the least emotionally expressive of the other temperaments. So don't doubt your Fe-ness yet. If you have msn do PM me your address so I can add you and we can have a chat.
