That's got to be Shrike, right?
I read a lot of books and I have now found that I (think I) can identify the type of the author within the first chapter or two. I'm presently reading a pleasant sci-fi piece-of-fluff novel called "The Stars Now Unclaimed" which is fine for mindless relaxation. It is even well-enough written to be enjoyable, although it has nothing new in it that I can learn. My complaint is that it was written by an SLE-Ti and every character is either a Beta or an Alpha, and I would rather read a book by a Gamma, like "The Player of Games", "Citizen of the Galaxy", or, better yet, "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo."
I know that being a Quadrist is not PC, but I just prefer temporarily inhabiting Gamma minds, for the most part, and I wish books were classified by that method. Instead, I have to read the first few chapters to find this out.
*EDIT* Thaddeus Valentine? I didn't see that coming.

OK, I watched the trailer for Thaddeus Valentine,
and the actor himself seems ILI-Te to me, but his character could be LIE, too.
He actually looks a LOT like a good friend of mine.
