Why Ti and Fi are seen as 'worldview' functions

I presume I'm correct in assuming that the reason one might see Ti and Fi types as the kind who come up with worldviews is due to the fact that because they're Introverted, they basically have a conception that they think up, and almost impose it on the world around them ("the world is like this, because I think it up to be like this"), in comparison with Te and Fe types, who look at the world around them and work from there. They don't introduce notions of the world; they see it.

Ti and Fi involve some level of extrapolation in regards to the relationships of things and people that exist in the world around them. The series of numerous relationships extrapolated is bound to lead in the development of a worldview.
