    First show's Yermak's of ILE and then Bukalov's full list of TIM's. Second shows Yermak's for each of the full list of TIM's.

    The scope of application is completely different between Yermak and Bukalov, yet describe the same individual accurately within the correct scopes.

    Bukalov: +(Yermak Mental), -(Yermak Vital)
    Yermak: +(Bukalov Mental), -(Bukalov Vital)

    Bukalov: Polarity shows what element it is blocked with
    Yermak: Polarity has no bearing on blocking

    Bukalov: Each TIM has a default preference for polarity of an element
    Yermak: Each TIM has the polarity the TIM exhibits most

    Bukalov: When inter-block elements are used together, the polarity changes
    Yermak: When inter-block elements are used together, the element is only used as Ex dimensionality

    Bukalov: All Vital elements retain full dimensionality
    Yermak: All Vital elements are Ex, but used in full dimensionality ways

    +/- aspects is not classical Socionics, but one of baseless hypothesis.

    +/- are essential, and Vladimir Yermak's version is accurate:

    http://en.socionicasys.org/teorija/d.../funkcii/znaki

    The “Minus” sign denotes quality of information processing when an IM function is biased as follows:
    - in terms of scale — globally, generally;
    - in terms of direction — outwards;
    - in terms of distance — both at close anfar ranges; at any psychological distance;
    - in terms of quality — both in the positive and negative areas.

    The “Plus” sign denotes quality of information processing when an IM function is biased as follows:
    - in terms of scale — locally, specifically, in detail;
    - in terms of direction — inwards;
    - in terms of distance — at close range, at near psychological distance;
    - in terms of quality — within the positive area only

    Can you provide any sources that support these claims?

    For something to be "correct," you have to have something that you are using as a matrix for comparison. In your case, you're using which +/- you see yourself as having in the TIM you see yourself as having. Others disagree about their own such placements, so they follow a different approach. You obviously have to do both the + and the - versions of each element to even live. In Bukalov's version, each TIM of a Quadra values the same +/-, and in Yermak's each dual pair has the TIM's together being concerned with all the +/- elements.

    Yeah. Sources are the Model B threads I did on PerC and SSS's articles.
