Still figuring that out, honestly. I'm rather sure about being Ne/Si valuing, still unsure of the rest, though.

To be a sandwich, there must be two of the same thing with one of another thing in the middle. The sandwich is named for the thing in the middle. The two sides can be joined together in some cases.
