so anyway, help me type this girl:

she's an alpha/beta type for starters. she's very lively and seems to have a lot of energy, when i am with her i usually get pretty drained. she's very attached to her friends, and her work life(she works in an asian restaurant and helps the entire family that owns the restaurant get around with their English and daily life, like helps them run errands, etc). she enjoys meditation and takes the spiritual side of her life very seriously. she's extremely charming in a way that reminds you of an old movie star(not the flirtatious kind, but more the kind that seems really worldly/cultured). Very much capable of handling attention, but tends to say things that normal people don't relate to--i usually end up feeling like i'm the only person who cares when she mentions something really off-the-wall/head in the clouds feature about herself. she always says something that i think is elegant and interesting. Not afraid to smile. really enjoys fashion, style. very much an individual. also hard-working, and follows practical rules, but doesn't tend to follow social norms. I use to think she was above outside influence but I don't know anymore.

I have more to say, i'd like to comment on our interactions, but i don't trust myself to provide any accuracy. i'll also post some pictures of her temporarily when i get the chance, she's very beautiful and if it isn't obvious, i think she's great.

lol I have been known to give that face at times. I almost always smile with my mouth closed too. But she reminds me VERY much of my EIE aunt, especially in that last pic.

Actually I think you are wrong about her quadra. High-energy/liveliness is much more a gamma thing than anything else, so I would say she is esfp. I don't know hardly any Betas or Alphas who are energetic like that, with the exception of esfjs. So I say either esfp or esfj.

Meditation harms the polr of the esfj way too much, so I think we can narrow it down to esfp. And yeah, meditation is innately an infp or infj thing but any type can benefit from it and enjoy it, its universal.

she's not exactly super lively, just energetic, mentally and physically. I really think she is in beta quadra or an LII(without a doubt she has some Fe value). She's not a gamma, i'm certain of this.

fuck, i'm really at my limit trying to describe people that i know and like, that's the hardest.

her attitude towards meditation is very open, not in a way that is like 'i'm going to quietly process things through meditation,' it's more like she likes talking about it and seeing if other people will be interested in it, in sort of a haughty way.

i don't think she is EII. i've met EII women, they tend to be sweet, and meek. she is not meek. She's very self-confident.

Self-confidence is simply mastery of one's ego functions (IMO). But I don't know; I'm just going with my hunches on this one. You are the one who knows her. Maybe she is LSI (LSI-Se). Would explain why I thought she was EII because I always confuse the friggin' superegos. You could always have her take one of these tests that we have nowadays that seem to work pretty nicely (if it was possible).

Because she has a "contained" quality about her that is unlike EIE's. EIE's have a more dramatic thing going on. They also have a different style/demeanor, like more idiosyncratic (as a result of Ni). Check out these EIE's:

no. overly sensitive would be when someone is super attuned to the other's facial expressions and tone and reads things into every word and is always anticipating the other person's needs, asking if they're okay, etc.
