If you've never seen him angry once, that would point away from ISFp, and in fact any Fe type, and most Fi types for that matter as well. I'd guess he's either ISTp or ESTj if he's an Si type but not expressive.
And an INFj could certainly playfully hit you for saying a crude joke if she were comfortable with you. She wouldn't do that to someone she wasn't comfortable with because that would create conflict.

...or the possibility of conflict. I was going to say - or the possibility of being misunderstood - but misunderstanding can lead to conflict, so that works.
