Gull, your mind is like an untamed crazy horse . I wonder if you, or someone, will be able to tame it.

Not really, just an observation. The Ne mind goes on all tangents, explores every thought at different angles as soon as there is some sort of connection. I have an understanding of this, but you take it to a level I can't reach . I wonder what you are capable of doing when you focus your mind on something... You throw out a lot of raw Ne.

I apply the tangent flurry to the thing I'm focusing on, basically. I'll spend a lot of time on that one much narrower area just moving through a few steps of every route of attack I can until the "best" one pops out. I did this with crazedrat's IQ test puzzles, and I'm noticing it happening in the latest video game I've been playing.

It's still effectively legwork, it's just legwork that gets me somewhere because there's less room for really long tangents

Just...please stay the fuck away from krae.
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,

I think you are reading into things wrongly though. You probably clashed with krae for non-socionics reasons (or Krae isn't an IEI) Really I don't see how you are Fi-valuing now. I hear what you say about not being as 'Fe-y' in real life but I don't think anybody is. Yet if you internally express yourself in that fashion, that's probably what you are. Writing is your 'at home personality' and that is what socionics is based upon.

Many people are overtyped as IEIs, but with you I still think it fits. I have trouble seeing you as anything other than my Identical, psychologically speaking. Maybe you can change your mind again.

I don't think you can Krae clashed for psychological reasons....that's just my main point.

((And I don't think you are my Identical just because I personally like you, it's not that there are Identicals of mine that I cannot stand))

This place can be toxic. It also can be interesting. I think avoiding it altogether is kinda throwing the baby out with the bathwater type thing, and well you obviously still find it interesting and charming in a way. I don't mean to be preachy but maybe take the good with the bad.

And I don't understand Krae's attitude towards you but it's really none of my business either. I tried getting into it yesterday and it's not worth it. Krae can just be Krae, however wrong I feel he is about some things. =D

Hmm sorry but I still think you are wrong and you are just kind of misunderstanding socionics. I don't know if I want to get into it but yeah. hehe If you have a certain idea in your head what Fe is and I have something different then I guess we're at an impasse.

I think the Te is the "undifferentiated" part. I'm basically receptive to all sorts of information (compared to ILE, who tends less to every beck and whim of curiosity ) due to the influence of valued Te.

Of course, on the flipside, I'm pretty closed-minded when it comes to structuring and systematizing things because "they have no place" and reject information that is "too theoretical". These aren't problems in Delta, naturally, but also naturally, every Quadra thinks their way of understanding and filtering things is the right way, and everyone else is doing it somewhere between "a bit wrong" and "completely wrong".

Make sure to include me! "Gul is SF" discussions are interesting to me.

I has a theory though. I'm obviously "Fe" and Si, yes? Nobody has any physical, real-world evidence that I actually use Si beyond talking about it a lot (actually, before I understood Socionics, I typed myself as ISE: Ne + Si ). As for the "Fe", I think that can be adequately be accounted for as EP temperament energyspam, because I don't "use" my vibrant personality to influence people's mood or feelings or express myself.

I didn't say anything about Te going on mental tangents, or Te being undifferentiated. I actually explained this to gul, though i'm not sure if it was before or after he wrote that.

it's somewhat 'higher level' ways of going about things, and, I have a feeling there is a lot of subjectivity at play. I wouldn't be surprised if gammas felt that how deltas process things seems more true to them; somewhat related to quadra values.

    http://www.the16types.info/vbulletin...er-things.html

    That's something I wrote a while ago.
It has to do with how Te is used. I see Te as being more 'truthful' or 'realistic', as opposed to interpreting information (ala the Te/Fe axis). But to me, only "delta Te" seems to be the most undifferentiated and the most 'truthful'. And it's not because of Te, it's because of the Ne - Ne is open to all possibilities.

I see gamma Te and gamma explanations of things as too focused on one point or one direction, and thereby limiting the amount of information that is actually considered.

Eh, it's very complex/intricate, so I don't think I'll try to get into it in depth here, anyway. If you want to talk more about it, pm me or something like that.

    somewhat
although, to me, Te is not the undifferentiated part. Te is just 'data', what determines differentiation or conceptualization of it or allocation of it is something else - so Ne imo is more expansive and inclusive, more open to possibilities.

Possibilities even at the expense of mobilization or action.
You can see how gammas ties to being a Se/Ni valuing quadra, and having Se+Fi blocked together and also Te+Ni are implicated here somewhat. I see those things as making decision making easier, and, it also fits in with gammas role as 'cutting out' in terms of the socion.

You can even take it further and juxtapose beta and delta, and see how beta's blocking of Fe+Ti and Se+Ni is even more mobilizing, even at the expense of being uncrtical (gamma). "So long as things are logically consistent and there is energy with the people on board, let's ride that train". How different is that from delta, from being unconcerned with the 'mood' of people (valued Fe), and being more focused on what the facts are and what they say (valued Te); from being unconcerned with 'getting somewhere (unvalued Se)', and more concerned with exploring possibilities (valued Ne).

(That's really why delta is considered 'conservative')

    etc etc etc

Whatever. You're just stirring up drama because you're bored out of your mind and need some way to make yourself feel assertive and useful.

I'm preempting a repeat performance of utter bullshit that filled my inbox with pms about abuse and potential bannings for a week. You can accept that and get on with your life. Alternatively, you can keep being non-compliant, giving me lip, and attempting to provoke me and stir up even MORE useless drama, and see where that lands you.

There, I am guiltless; you know exactly where you stand.

Oh you want the drama, come-on, it's the only thing you're thinking about...

Nope, only ever here as myself. I considered it, to be honest, coming back under a different name to avoid all this. But then I decided I didn't want to be dishonest like that, and just decided to get it over with so this can finally die and things will move on as they should.

Do I remind you of anyone in particular? I probably won't know them, since I first joined last April, but...
No. I must have missed your previous time here. I had a baby in January and was a bit overwhelmed thereafter. And my pregnancy was awful so I wasn't here consistently for 9 months before. Everyone seems to have a history with you, which made me wonder.

So what happened before? There was drama?
It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so.

If it wasn't for useless drama you would be totally unneccessary.
That was just pitiful. You aren't even worthy of a ban.
But, for a certainty, back then,
We loved so many, yet hated so much,
We hurt others and were hurt ourselves...

Yet even then, we ran like the wind,
    Whilst our laughter echoed,
    Under cerulean skies...
