    Default Hello there

Been lurking around socionics and convinced that I'm ESI and possibly with Se subtype. So far. In Myers-Briggs I'm ISFP but its description seems a bit too... artsy and flighty? I don't know. Technically artsy is right though. But who isn't?

Please excuse if my english sounds clumsy. Not my native tongue. Glad to join anyway. Now I'm having a headache about whether I should have an avatar or not. Oh those little things...

    Anyhow, thank you. :-)

This is a useful tool for understanding socionics:
    http://zhilkin.com/socio/en/
It can also help you figure out your type, in case you're not sure, but you don't seem to be.

    Default Hello Everyone

I am new here but have been studying socionics for a very long time...I may be an ILE or LII, or possibly some other type. Hopefully I'll find out soon. In my childhood I had the distinct feeling that i was differently from most other people and was bullied often. However, my social awkwardness has actually given me the inspiration to find my interests and pursue them. I hope to contribute sometime soon to the forums, but also pretty busy right now.

Just to add - I said I might be Se subtype in the original post but now I don't think so. I'm convinced I'm closer to Fi. Which saddens me cos I kinda believe Se subtype would probably get more important things done than Fi subtype. I could really use some more extroversion of seeing and doing things. Or is this just my dual-seeking? :\

You're an subtype. An Fi subtype wouldn't think that much like a.

    Like a...?

Although I'm not absolutely sure of my subtypes, just because one envies extroverts doesn't make the person more extroverted, I think. Even in subtypes. I certainly hope you're right, but... I'm pretty sure all (real) Fi types would envy people who get more things done then them, just like anybody else.
Well I don't know. Does Se types actually get more things done than Fi types? Or can it be the opposite? Maybe I'll start a thread about this.

Have you read the subtype descriptions on the Wikisocion? But yes, Se subtypes would be more energetic and willing to expend energy on accomplishing goals. Fi subtypes are more..."froo froo" and stereotypically prissy girls and act like a "princess" (From my perspective).

I say English isn't my native tongue, you guys say things like froo froo and dool and make me google them.... huh? lol And now I'm contemplating on whether or not I'm froo froo enough to be an Fi subtype.

Well yeah that makes it still possible that I'm an Se subtype. Would that be uncontradictory to the H type on DCNH subtype theory? And I just bumped into something called dual-type theory, I'm very curious about it but there seems to be no easy description on that one.

You're an subtype. An subtype wouldn't have even considered subtypes after everything you've been through.

Yeah, the difference lies in Se subtype knowing they're Se subtype and Fi subtype knowing they're Fi subtype. Socionics is easy when done with MisterNi.

Huh? What have I been through? Fi subtypes are less curious about their type? Please elaborate

Okay, now I see that I really am Se subtype. And I resent the title "traditionalist", which is completely misleading.
