I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

Do check all the functions.
Do check the respective dual descriptions of IEI and EII. The difference of preference there might be clearer than your own type.
Did you do the test on sociotype.com? I don't say it's a bad test but don't rely to much on tests even though they can be accurate and fun. 80% IEI doesn't mean it's unlikely that you are IEI.Seems nice, MaritsaAlthough not every dual would fit, I think; there are so many other facets which build a human being. Can you also talk to him about matters you care of? Or does his lack of imagination bother you?
Anyway, I'm very confused now. While I relate to everything written in the IEI-Type and the more I read and think the less I can identify with EII, the test still says EII. I made some lists referring to EII and IEI and the IEI-List is much longer. Also I read the Description of Functions and marked everything which fits me more. While there are also some areas on the EII-Side, the IEI-Side was much darker. I'm more an introvert thinker and extrovert feeler. In the videos where INFP and INFJ people talked to each other, I highly identified with the INFJ (which apparently is IEI) and their statements.
But the test keeps saying EII, while only 80% IEI.
Is this normal? Could the test be wrong? Will I see clearer if I let it rest a bit? Or does anyone have a clue what would help me to find my real type?
