Enneagram typology

Up to this day i've been more focused on socionics, but now i want to read more about Enneagram. How can I find my Enneagram type ? What does, for example, "5w4 sx/so" stand for?

Thanks for that, I never really understood this and barely found a good explanation. Socionics is more accurate, but I like the Enneagram because the types are easier to identify imho. It's also good to know at least one typology which is not based on C.G. Jung's 16-type-system.
