    Smile Official Self-typings List

This page is a collection of the self-typings of the currently active members of the English-speaking Socionics community (which includes but is not limited to The16types.info, Socionix, and Socionics Workshop.) Currently, the users listed here have been active at one point or another since June 2009, give or take. This page will be updated regularly as needed.
Please do not make any edits to this page. If you notice any errors, if you can contribute any missing information, or if you need to update your own self-typing, please let me (glamourama) know on the discussion page, in this thread, or by sending me a private message here at the16types, at Socionix, or at the Socionics Workshop.

We should make a thread of who has kept their type the longest, or who is with their original self typing.

Go do it. I don't want to, because then we might have two created at the same time.

One more thing: is there anyone here whose type matches his name initials?

For instance ILE --> "Irving Lewis Edwards"

In the Spanish speaking world, since we keep the surname of our father and the surname of our mother as well we have two surnames. Thus, our initials may match our MBTI type.
    ILE "Searcher"
    Socionics: ENTp
    DCNH: Dominant --> perhaps Normalizing
    Enneagram: 7w6 "Enthusiast"
MBTI: ENTJ "Field Marshall" or ENTP "Inventor"
    Astrological sign: Aquarius

Holy macaroni... that looks like it could be serious, except that I'm sure you typed yourself as ILI.

Interesting. Trends such as a high proportion of intuitives (and NTs) are generally what I'd expect.

Personally, I think that a lot of the ILIs are actually Alpha NTs. If you notice, everything else adds up - all the mirrors are basically near one another in percentage, but 18 ILIs and just 5 LIEs (some of which won't be LIE)? I don't think so.

Actually, I'm with niffweed. If he wants to type himself incorrectly, let him. It's his right. Change it back the next time he tells someone he's ILI.

It certainly fits. On the other hand, why would the mirrors be so similar? There are differences in focus between mirrors that can certainly affect interests.

No. I think that, for the most part, these people have been correctly typed. There is a high level of intuitive IPs on here, and I think IEIs are more common than ILIs.

Quote Originally Posted by Jarno View Post

    Trust an "ILI".

The mirrors are fairly similar percentages, especially in comparison with the ridiculous difference between LIE and ILI. Ok, so there are a lot more IEIs than EIEs (about double). But there are three times as many self-typed ILIs as there are LIEs. It just doesn't add up. Plus, as most people on here, I trust my instinct, and I'm saying I think many alleged Te creatives on here are thoroughly mistaken about their type. I don't think they understand what it is to be Te creative, and I think they're too MBTI-driven e.g. ISTPs believe they are SLIs, and INTXs believe they must be ILIs.

Yeah, okay, you are evidently Ti base. But I just generally think LII fits you better as a person, and from what I know about LIIs and LSIs.

I don't think they understand what it is to be Te creative, and I think they're too MBTI-driven e.g. ISTPs believe they are SLIs, and INTXs believe they must be ILIs.
I wonder if you would mind elaborating on this a little more.
