Hah yeah metal is awesome. I definitely see what you are saying about the overkill song.

These songs right here seems pretty gamma, at least in my opinion.
Also one of my favorite bands. The band itself is actually probably more SeFi.

Benn Jordan seems like an alright guy. I mail-ordered a few albums from him once and sent a demo of my material just for yuks. When my order arrived it included a nice note from him and a CDR of unreleased tracks.

I once believed Post-Metal was the "be all end all" of metal. I kind of still do. After hearing bands like Cult of Luna and Baroness(and they're tons more indie), the other styles just seem like entertainment, while Post-Metal provides room for thought.
