never liked his music for some reason... which is weird because I do recognize that he's a good musician.

I really do think things like this can be fairly good indicators of type, and shouldn't just be written off to coincidence. I feel kind of the same way as you about his music. Although his "singing" is blech.

My guess is some Se type.

although his singing is 'blech' ? What are you trying to say - that you like him or not. I don't understand.

I like some of his much - from voice to drums to guitar. Especially "Are you gonna go my way". However, my INFj friend does not like his music either. (referring to that same song).

The music videos don't do anything for me, as usual. But I like the song.

I love his music, except his remake of American Woman, which got overplayed.

I think he's certainly an S type but I'm not sure if he's Se or Si.

I also think he's pretty hot.

I think he is talented, but that his "singing" (which is really just speaking in most of his songs) sucks.

I don't care if I'm the only alpha member who likes it - it's still a kickass song, and that's all there is too it. You just can't handle it.

I thought he was ESFp but then someone typed him as ISFp and I can see that too. I do not like his music much (except that song about wanting to get away) but I think he is kinda hot. Probably only XSFp guys can get away with looking cool in some of the things he wears though.

He looks like one, in some pics, mostly. I do agree that his stage personality speaks against this hypotesis, though.

he was somewhat ambiguous, but I think SEE. unsure on subtype. and sx/so, probably 3w4. the only other type I really considered was EIE, based mostly on his 'flair,' but in the interviews he comes across as less emotively deliberate than most Fe-egos I've observed, and doesn't really have the compressed tension of an Ni-EJ, more so just a solid physical presence. the pics also strongly suggest gamma Fi.

    he's not SP last ... sx/sp > sx/so

"My dream is to become a farmer. Just a Bohemian guy pulling up his own sweet potatoes for dinner."

"I could do whatever I wanted, so I built a studio in the Bahamas. My daily life consisted of waking up, sitting on the beach. I lived in an Airstream trailer right on the beach. I had my dog Leroy and my hammock. Life was about waking up and going into the ocean, eating lunch out of the garden and going fishing.”
