What's the problem in the need to go out exercising and running around? 'cos it's winter now?

it may pretty soon drive me nuts and other people tend to recognize this in me before i do myself? but then they are always right because whenever i actually get moving and doing things i feel all great and do wonderful things.

    You sound Delta.....

    or

like you are becoming more sane about the awareness of being physical and being outside, and perhaps reading too much CPU screen.

    PUSHUPS!

Or get other people to go with you and do stuff
    etc
Posts I wrote in the past contain less nuance.
If you're in this forum to learn something, be careful. Lots of misplaced toxicity.

~an extraverted consciousness is unable to believe in invisible forces.
~a certain mysterious power that may prove terribly fascinating to the extraverted man, for it touches his unconscious.

yeah i am working on that.

taste of dominance in california i think. ):

i don't know if that is strictly delegated to delta types though? like my ENFj sister is a workoutaholic. she cannot be without that and it is highly necessary to her. she just happens to be -dramatic too which makes for not awesome relations with ISTps. but she loves her workouts. i don't know if she is doing them for the long term health reasons or because they are an addictive sort of habit, but she does them regardless.

i do this, too. my mom hates it, kind of (like "quit bouncing around! god you need to get out!" i am not actually aware that i need to get moving to get my brain working, but it happens that way somehow.)

the colder the better! when it's cold you have to go down hills high speek biking/skiing so that you freeze. it's no fun when it's hot. when it's hot you lay on the beach looking at girls/guys.

do you happen to have a room that has some empty space where to dance? very hard dancing is definitely the best workout

an INTj accused me of having this once. i don't know how much stock i put in it (like he was all "ooh let's go buy those $50 light bulbs with the full spectrum bla bla bla") but it's certainly frustrating to be cooped up indoors, regardless of the season. i got just as weird and antsy when i was stuck indoors during a heatwave in france.

i hear that INTps are notoriously lazy (assuming i am one.) but this is something i'd rather be pulled out of than wallow in, because if i'm wallowing in it too much i just suck.

like i relate with what diana says about getting (and keeping) your brain moving through physical activity.

edit: nevermind. i am not getting her to join a gym with me because it is goddamned impossible for us to be in the same room as eachother without ripping eachother's hair out.

I'm an ILI and I can do nothing for hours. Like I probably unconsciously reduce the time of rote tasks in my day just so I can day-dream more. That said, I frequently feel the need to exercise, run, workout, or what have you, but I refuse to start unless I can make sure I can do it at scheduled time and that it will turn into a habit.
