In the original, Ghaleon seems ISTj. In SSSC, definitely INTj.
Although he is extremely rigid. Maybe INTj in a Dick Cheney kind of way, if you get my drift. Isn't his lack of imagination his rationale for taking over Lunar in the first place?
I loved that game, too. I generally agree with your typings as far as the charachter that I remembered the most
