ENTjs and INTps can often look very similar in facial appearances ...
But it is like that with every type and their mirror ... For example, I have pictures of some ISFps and ESFjs that look very similar in facial structure. The same thing with ENTps and INTjs ...
If you do not believe me, I can post examples ...
I believe you but It'd be nice to have a look at some examples if you get the time.

Should I go on or is everyone convinced now that mirror pairs can share facial features that are similar or maybe just slightly different ?!
By the way, some of them I added two pictures to represent a type to show that even though mirrors can look alike, there are still subtle diffrences. Mostly reflected through the eyes and facial expressions.

Ok, as long as you're sure she's ENFJ. HarryBttom just posted a picture of Kurt Cobain (INFP) and my immediate reaction was that he looked like Tom Cruise (ENFJ). So this sort of thing probably does happen.
