ok, reasons for ISTj:
She gets really easily annoyed by little things in social settings. This points to Fe super-id, because she's not really able to find a solution to it herself.
She prides herself on "common sense" and "street smarts". Definitely points to sensing, and "common sense" is a mix of Ti + Se.
Openly admits her getting married at 19 was "stupid": Ti.
Ne PoLR: This is very prominent in the video. She doesn't like people speculating about her ("don't judge me!").
Makes a point to criticize kids who whine for candy ("Don't give them the damn candy!"): probably subdued Si.
(off topic: I was initially expecting her to say something alone the lines of "Don't let your kids whine or throw a tantrum!!"
But she didn't say that. She knew that by giving the kids the candy after saying "nononononono" that you're basically teaching the kids that your no's dont' mean a damned thing....and that if they just keep asking, they'll win. Her keeping it narrowed to "Don't give them the damned candy!" earned her a point....though she's still deep in the red, imo)

I think it could just be the stupidity of youth. I loved how she talked about how parents should control their children better in public, then talked about how people shouldn't judge others without understanding their position. She's right that it's bad to give in to whining after you've already said no though. You're teaching the kid that all they need to do in order to get what they want is throw a fit.
Seems like she's already aware of this. From the first thing she said,
"I can't stand if you have a cat, dog, or incosiderate person in your house." Not that I have any of those things. Okay, maybe one or two."
According to this, she either can't stand herself or is simply ranting out frustrations and has a sense of humor about it all.
I think she differentiates her ranting from the coarser judgements she encounters in the service industry/christianity. It seems like she thinks that she's not judging people the way judging people judge people.
I know though, her comments immediately felt contradictory.
that's a good interpretation. She's addressing lots of superficial things in an overly emotional manner for comedic effect. I mean, she probably cares about these things, but she obviously cares much more about being cutesy when talking about it. I can't imagine her butting heads with someone in person over any of these issues.

I made a thread a while ago concerning Crossmack's type, and I suggested ENTp for him, but people in my thread were suggesting ENFj just as you.. IMO, a lot of his videos and what I've seen of him when he's interacting with other people, his quadra values dont seem to be that of Beta.

As for Ian being ENTp, he has a lot of ideas that he just loves spreading, constantly has theories explaining the phenomena, which I'm sure Ni people could do but mostly they would contain ideas concerning helping with society and it's standards, more subdued on speculating phenomena, but his quadra value matches with alpha pretty much. Many exchanges of ideas and going from topic to topic.
That guy does not seem to be ENFj, his behaviour is not ENfj and not beta, its somewhat not enough artistical for ENFj, There is Ni indeed, but seems to be Sparkling Te involvement rather than Fe. Agree for ENTp for him....
