Experience things. I’m kinda leaning to SEE or SEI. Probably SEI
    -
    Dual type (as per tcaudilllg)
    Enneagram 5 (wings either 4 or 6)?

I'm constantly looking to align the real with the ideal.I've been more oriented toward being overly idealistic by expecting the real to match the ideal. My thinking side is dominent. The result is that sometimes I can be overly impersonal or self-centered in my approach, not being understanding of others in the process and simply thinking "you should do this" or "everyone should follor this rule"..."regardless of how they feel or where they're coming from"which just isn't a good attitude to have. It is a way, though, to give oneself an artificial sense of self-justification. LSE

No since both types she suggested would have weak intuition in socionics.

It would be a SF in MBTI. Sensing is base for both SEE (Se) and SEI (Si).

if somebody could check the morgue to see if the body is human then whether or not they are an alien could be determined whenever typing anybody and this says slot about my ninja fart abilities btw.it was an accident where typically I resort to real damage only if it's necessary....where anybody could make dragonbelt with these skillful abilities...

If I could imagine how would look like SEi it is in the pic. However I need to read above stuff first.

After reading: I think this particular person is true SEI .

You seem very similar to the SEI’s whom I know. As @Troll Nr 007 said, prototypically so.

I got very shortly into your questionnaire and thought only SEI could fit. Here and there were flashes of IEI-like things, but there’s too much Si for that imo, and not enough Ni.
LSI: “I still can’t figure out Pinterest.”

Me: “It’s just, like, idea boards.”

    LSI: “I don’t have ideas.”

I read it twice just to be sure I wasn't overlooking something since I skimmed the first time. I can't deny you are an exemplar of SEI stereotype. Just like my SEI cousin. There isn't a hint of Se valuing in your answers so SEE would be the wrong category according to your questionnaire.

I think INFP/J are very common results people get on MBTI, especially getting INFP on the first test. It is the wording of the questions. SEI has role Ni. You may want to learn about Model A first and go from there if you want to learn the system.

Direct influences on Super-ego block are typically the most consciously discomforting to a person. At the same time, the person is consciously aware of his or her weaknesses in this area, and realizes that he or she must make up and react somehow. This reaction, as a rule, comes from the strong functions of their Ego block. Thus, influences on the Super-ego block make a person mobilize and consciously activate the functions of his or her Ego block for a response.

The Super-ego block never argues; it only reasons not adding anything new but only tallying up all that is known to the individual on its aspects. This block is "omnivorous" and readily absorbs all information that pertains to its aspects, at the same time showing a subpar differentiation of information.

In some literature this block is referred to as the "teenager" block - from this block the person tries to show to others: "I'm just like you. I am one of your own." - which is reminiscent of socialization style of people in their teenage years, when a person tries to show their belonging to a particular peer group. It is also believed that this block fully forms during adolescent years (12-18).

    3. The role function is a sufficiently flexible, contact, yet weak function. It may be called the "reserve" function, because it comes to aid when the possibilities and capabilities of base and creative functions are insufficient and in new situations when a person needs to be receptive of all kinds of information. However, in contrast to the creative function, the role function does not seek new options and solutions but chooses the most appropriate one from the set of already accumulated set of standards and norms. Prolonged need to focus on this function leads to feelings of discomfort and tiredness. At the same time, people periodically have a desire to "show themselves" on this function, to prove that they are up to standard and "no worse than others", and to learn the means and methods for accomplishing this.

    http://www.wikisocion.net/en/index.p...ight_Functions
I just remembered that typing INFP in MBTI means you probably feel Fi is your base function. Fi is the demonstrative function of SEI and is considered to be a strong but unvalued function.

    Demonstrative function

This function is also called the eighth function. A person uses this element mainly as a kind of game, or to ridicule those who he thinks take it too seriously. This function is often intentionally used against its conventional usage simply to prove a point in favor of person's creative function. It is associated with the protective effect for vulnerable (PoLR) function of one's dual type. However, demonstrative function is also used quite often in private, to produce information of its element to support their creative function when focusing on making contact with the external world.

A person will often have just as sophisticated an understanding of this function as his or her leading function. Unlike the ignoring function it plays a major part in a person's worldview, since as the vulnerable function of one's dual it requires especially delicate attention. Thus, when a person is given information regarding the element in the demonstrative function by someone else, they will tend to take it as obvious information that is irrelevant to completely focus on. One will often use the demonstrative function to defend and further support their beliefs made in the vulnerable function.

The demonstrative function is easiest function to use (after the base function) yet often occurs sporadically. When one experiences a problem regarding this function, one must correct it as it does play a vital part in a person's worldview.

The lass is SEI. I wanted to make a comment about how saccharine-filled and stereotypically SEI this post is, but @Aylen beat me to it
I don't put much weight on MBTI to socionics conversion and neither should you, honestly; Treat them as two separate systems. Do you know Bjork? The singer? She's commonly typed as INFP in MBTI due to her quirkiness and authenticity as well as her original ways of self-expression. In socionics though, I'm pretty sure she is wonderfully-SEI. Just like you. Why? Because IEs exist, and in socionics they translate into a much, muuuuch more different and complex way of looking into the patterns of how people absorb information from the surrounding world, what they bring to it, as well as what their values are.

Compared to Socionics, MBTI typing is a piece of cake . But that is a whole other rabbit-hole for you to get down through at your leisure and pace.

I couldn't help but think how adorable OP in every aspect. You are adorable too. I don't want the 4 in you to think you have been replaced.

In some MBTI description I believe INFP is the mediator and she even mentions she is a mediator. In socionics SEI is the mediator. I understand how this can be so confusing to those coming from MBTI.

    Sensory-Ethical Introvert
SEI – ISFp – Dumas (Mediator)

The orientation of main functional block of SEI: main things in life are harmony, comfort, the opportunities for pleasant experiences – one needs to show and to share this with others in order to make them happy.

    Description of the Strong Functions:

Si – Program function. SEI's principal focus is on his own state and condition, in the broadest sense of these words. These states include his own physical sensations and perceptions, his well-being, health or illness, all that concerns food and its preparation, sensation of comfort in his environment (including at work), and his clothing (its aesthetic value and convenience).

SEI very well feels the idiosyncrasies and peculiarities of his body, as well as its needs. A physician, however authoritative, will not be able to lead him off the track if he makes a diagnosis that does not coincide with SEI's own personal sensations. Generally he considers being ill as something almost indecent: it is foolish, in fact, not to take care of oneself!

Just as well he understands the experiences and physical sensations of people around him – it is enough for him to note some barely perceptible signs and signals, which are noticeable only to him, to deduce the state of another. At the same time, he considers more appropriate not to interfere with another person, offering advice and recommendations. In the area of well-being one must take personal responsibility.

Usually representatives of this type knows how to prepare food well; they won't eat just anything. A culinary specialist of this type can even invent something new, some original dish. Setting up the dinner table, SEI usually tries to decorate his environment to make it aesthetically attractive – so that both his eyes and stomach may be on holiday. This is characteristic of SEI women as well as men.

SEI is very sensitive to the physical settings of his environment: coziness, convenience, finishing and design, proper selection of furniture, well thought out selection of colors – all of this he is not indifferent to, frequently this serves as the object of his concern and attention.

In regards to clothing, here SEI also realizes his desire for harmony: all pieces must be comfortable, functionally justified, and pleasing the the eye. He will not dress in accordance with fashion and prestige if it makes him feel uncomfortable –comfort is considered first of all!

Fe – Creative function. SEI is a gourmand not only in physical realm but also in the realm of emotions. His emotional sensitivity manifests in every respect: he enjoys many forms of art, especially music and singing. Frequently he knows how to play a musical instrument and sing for entertainment, may be a good writer, a poet, an artist. He is also an artist in love and loves adventures in this sphere. He knows how to pleasantly court, how to provide for both emotional and sensual pleasure to his significant other. Depending on the circumstances, to draw attention to himself, SEI is able to play an appropriate role to the situation: if this is a woman, then in different situations she may seem romantic and unapproachable, or careless and risque. Men behave themselves similarly – excellent artists.

When circumstances unfold in a way that a breakup in a relationship is imminent, SEI postpones until the last moment, until the last conversation, and hopes that everything will fall into place without his participation. He then attempts to immediately strike up new acquaintances, then comes the final break with his previous partner.

Generally, any unpleasantness and tension in relations SEI experiences with heaviness, and tries to avoid this by any means possible. If in his presence a conflict flares up between others, he tries to play the role of a mediator in order to reconcile the opposing parties as soon as possible. He himself readily yields in fights and arguments and is inclined to agree with his partner, if, of course, it doesn't concern issues that are of principal value for him. He poorly tolerates rudeness. In such situations he is capable of rebuffing the offender, saying something excessive and possibly regretting it later. In usual situations, his tactic is to distance himself, to leave for a psychologically convenient territory, to return to sensory and emotional comfort.

If someone tries to pressure him, to push him, his immediate response is to acquiesce in hopes that the problem will be peacefully resolved, and to harmonize the relations. Insisting on his own opinions, he as if gently yields his position, but will act as he sees fit. As a result, he manages to leave conflicting situations having incurred a minimum of losses.

His aim to provide for a pleasant experience for himself and his close ones frequently makes him the soul of social groups and gatherings. If he doesn't like the group for some reason, he will simply find another circle of individuals who are more sympathetic and likable for him, since internal soulful and physical comfort are his primary motivations in life. When for a long time he cannot have such experiences, he becomes depressed and everything falls from his hands.

    [...]

    Summary of Functions:

    1. Si: Main focus in life is on pleasure. Knows how to create coziness and comfort around themselves. Understands well their body’s needs; an Epicure and aesthete. Avoids power struggles and applying pressure to themselves.
    2. Fe: Adheres to the rule of avoiding negative emotions whilst, where possible, striving to create positive emotions. Softly, and without restraint, can associate at a close psychological distance. Successfully carries out the role of intermediary in disputes, reconciling opposing parties.
    3. Te: Effective, goal-directed, work is not their style. Leads by their enthusiasm rather than by systematic character. Finds it difficult to be incorporated in any regular system – acts spontaneously when applied to such a situation.
    4. Ni: They’re not very interested in what will occur in the distant future; principally focused on the “here and now.” SEI does not visualize well the concealed possibilities of people or events; attention is concentrated on visible concreteness.

*Filatova uses Model J in her book which is outdated. They are a bit different than her descriptions on the wiki.

    Model J

Model J (Модель Ю in Russian) is an early socionic model which contains the functions 1, 2, 4 and 5 of Model A. Augusta created Model J simply as a visual representation of Carl Jung's descriptions of four functions of the psyche. Later, as she developed her theory, she replaced Model J with Model A, which contained all eight IM elements and provided a fuller picture of the psyche and information interaction between types.
In Model J, for example, an ILE would be:
Today Model J is used by a small handful of "old school" socionists, most notably Ekaterina Filatova.

To me, @robobot14, you do look like an SEI, subtype Si.

This is just my opinion, based on a very small sample, and could easily be wrong.

And while I think you look like an SEI, and your questionnaire indicates that you are SEI, your avatar picture looks like an ILE.

Cool! I had to look up dual seeking(maybe you could explain it more). Yup, I'm still new to this system. This is MBTI again, but that reminds me of how someone at PersonalityCafe visually typed me as ENTP. I don't think that's right, although she knew my bedtime and what color veggies I ate the least of from my pics.

ILE -SEI duality: there is something benignly funny and weird going on and it is all good. This aspect tends to click with every SEI I know (but then again I am non-threatening looking and "bit" weird).

I saw a lot of Si in your questionnaire and really no Ni that would be valued or in your ego block.

"SEIs are capable of mentalizing and devling into imaginative inner worlds, pondering past, future, and recognizing patterns and trends. However, they tend not to emphasize these aspects especially, instead emphasizing physical, tangible, and relational aspects, and the simple pleasantries in life.SEIs may be very minimally inclined to think towards the future. They may resist thinking of long-term matters, seeing them as somewhat unnatural and secondary to the state of their immediate pleasure or experience. However, at times, they may recognize and become overly anxious about the importance of long-term planning, sometimes demonstrating a tendency to overthink or overplan situations, and to draw unrealistic assessments about their future."

I see! I honestly just thought I thought about a future a lot. I daydream about it and make plans, some fun, some serious. And I love feeling nostalgic, which would be the past.

And another question. I'm wondering how in tune with the environment I am? Like, I like travel, I got an eye for beauty. But on a normal day I glaze over details a lot and can be pretty spacey and lost in my own world. Plus there's bumping into stuff xD.

Being more in your own world and mostly focused internally is more of an introvert thing than a sensing thing. Extroverts overall tend to be more observant of their surroundings than the average introvert, with each information element being more observant of certain phenomena than others.

I've just been confuzzled. I know one of you guys said I can be a sensor in socionics and intuitive in and MBTI, but I'm hearing a lot of nos. Intuition wins on every test I take, so uhh(socionics tests, regular MBTI, function tests). I'm trying to compare INFp and ISFp descriptions and I see pieces of each type in me.

That test is by Meged. The purpose is to find type accentuations and forms of love. It is an abstract on love so if you are interested in understanding what it is about here is the link.

Love - is an individual creative work of human beings, thus it can be said that however many people there are, there are as many kinds of love. Yet, even in this most most mysterious and unfathomable field, there are some laws and patterns that allow us to distinguish 8 basic types of love.

Of course, the forms of expression of feelings - are not yet love, but only the inclination towards one or another kind of it. Love - is a multifaceted feeling that can be expressed in different ways. For it are inherent: passion and tenderness, bliss and quiet tranquility, delight and anger, joy and anxiety, fear and even anger. Nonetheless, no matter how many colors and shapes may be in love, it is always striving for understanding, spiritual closeness, common occupations.

Love - it's intimate and profound feeling, with the desire for commitment and constancy. It is characterized by the perception of the other person as a unique and inimitable personality, his idealization.

This idealization not only dazzles loving, but, on the contrary, making it "seeing" as it allows to see what others do not see in your favorite. This feeling is not controlled by any mind or will, it can not be forced to trigger or suppress. Love gives rise to the desire to reciprocity, therefore stimulates a person to self-improvement and development of their best qualities, making it more meaningful, more interesting.

Loving people often mentally seeks advice to the object of his senses, evaluates himself, his thoughts and acts as if his position. This causes the effect of the presence of a loved one, even if it is far away; focus on his assessment, outlook, perception. With a harmonious blend of reciprocity of feelings intensified over the years, with disharmonious - multiply misunderstandings. In such cases, people are trying in vain to explain the collapse of their illusions flimsy reasons, not realizing that the reason is the same: love, they spoke different languages and could not adapt to each other. Knowing the nature of their feelings, it can be avoided.
Complete harmony, as well as complete happiness - are extremely rare, but the path to it, though not easy, is only through the knowledge of the characteristics of each other. And still - through a desire to turn his attraction to a person in true love. And for this it is necessary to understand the nature of love and the different forms of its manifestation.

Not all relations can be called love, but the species can occur in any situation, whether it is friendship or partnership, a passing acquaintance or a long-standing desire.

For example, people who are inclined more to the sensual love, have at its core the type of relationship - eros. This means that testing is not attracted to each partner, people with this type of relationship over the spiritual and intellectual proximity appreciate specific sensations, carrying them joy in communicating with partners: delicious food, touch, gifts, entertainment and other joint earthly pleasures. Vividly their hedonism manifested in love; less pronounced in friendly and business relations. In the case of aversion to the partner, a person with this form of the senses produces the sharpest criticism often on aspects related to feelings.
The forms of love are associated with certain features of character, on the basis of which was created by the author's typology of accents of the characters with their corresponding forms of feelings and relationships (character accents - complexes of certain character traits associated with the projection of the elements of information exchange, manifested in the psycho-physical level of personality).

To determine the nature of their accents, and then - the form of feelings and relationships, we proceed to testing, which will be simple and concise.
Note: If the predominantly positive statements you have selected two test scale and accents your chosen correspond to the two leading features of your type - congratulations: you are quite whole person, and you have little internal contradictions. If you select two or more scales and do not know which one to prefer, try to determine their main focus character by choosing the most suitable characteristics (of the alleged resulting from testing). Read the descriptions of his alleged type accent and make his self-portrait, consisting of two or three combinations of your type accents. If one or two of the chosen accents do not match any of your two leading personality type functions - perhaps in this lies the source of many of your problems and you need to do psycho-correction.

How much do you relate to IEI descriptions? Some IEIs who are also 9s in the enneagram have a lot of traits that are similar to Si but ultimately they value Ni. What about EII descriptions?

From your posts it seems you came to socionics believing Fi was your base function. Now you feel you relate to Ni more. This is a process and unfortunately you have to go through it. No video, test or questionnaire is going to guarantee you find your type in such a short period of time. Take a look at video typing threads and you will see people rarely agree even when a lifelike image is fully represented in a visual form. Fortunately, there is no time limit on getting to know yourself, and others, better.

I think the first impression by your questionnaire and pic manifest as the embodiment of a SEI archetype around here. It is important to listen to feedback, of course, since others can be helpful and serve as guides along the path.

What we see on here are the parts of your inner world that you choose to extrovert.

You could read Jung's Psychological types Volume 6 in order to understand the foundation of this typology. It is free to download in various formats. There is a lot to read but worth the time and effort.

    https://archive.org/details/Vol06Psy...lTypes/page/n9

It is not as black and white as some descriptions would have you believe, lines do blur, but they do help. Like most people think it is the IEI who is always complaining about their personal problems on here but if you read Strat it is just as likely to be a SEI who does more of that for a specific reason.

The information will come together and you can make sense of things, eventually. It might not even be your type you make sense of. That depends on what you have going on inside your head.

Out of curiosity, which description of these creative functions do you relate to best? I chose Strat for a reason. She isn't a fluffy person so you will notice her perception of types may be biased but they are also honest depictions of how others may view you. I added links so you could read the full descriptions.

You could just spend more time talking to forum members and posting your interests. Then other aspects of you will be revealed. Good luck.

2nd Function - Fe Extraverted ethics

This is the IEI's second value - the skill to create positive attitudes and to improve the moods of others by his presence - which the IEI generously shares with those around him.

To all the observed phenomena the IEI responds in an impressionable and quite dynamic emotional manner. It would seem that there doesn't exist in nature such an object, person, or event, that would leave him indifferent. This quality positively predisposes other people towards Esenin. It seems unthinkable to push away a person who is so sincerely captivated and excited by everything that is good in you, who sees in you so many interesting things that even you yourself haven't even imagined. Esenin also knows how to listen, empathically looking into the eyes of his conversation partner – it would seem that he has never heard anything wiser in his lifetime! His dear, kind, modest smile is like a reflection of a ray of sun lighting up his face. Sometimes his smile is dreamy, sometimes sly, but always well-wishing, optimistic, and encouraging.

The IEI's moods are also similar to a solar beam: affable, agreeable, affectionate, lighthearted, joyful. In a romantic-dreamy state of the soul the IEI thinks distractedly on some removed topic, and the entire world acquires bright colors, becomes filled by sunlight and "sparkles of fresh dew". This blissful as a sweet opium dream state, this fairy-tale sleep, which is desirable to prolong to infinity, but which will end precisely when Esenin will consider it necessary to put an end to it. Esenin dislikes when some external stimulus interferes with this illusory-ethereal harmony – in such moments he feels as the author of the ruined creation. (It would be incorrect to think of Esenin as a kind of "drug" which is meant to cloud the head or lull to sleep from vigilance. Absolutely not! His primary psychological task is to relax his dual, Zhukov (SLE), who is often stressed and inclined to overload himself.)

Esenin is a "craftsman" of attitudes and moods: whatever picture he paints - so it will be. This is the instrument of his influence on his surroundings – by this he can "reward" as well as punish. In his understanding, the mood or state always has a material component to it - alike a work of art. In cases when the atmosphere of "serene harmony" that he has created is not valued and rewarded properly, Esenin considers it necessary "to draw another picture", in other colors, no less bright and saturated. The IEI feels himself uncomfortable when the tone created by him does not find proper response and support by people around him. This may lead to sharp changes in his mood or state, or ever lead to a quarrel. (Mood for Esenin is a method to manipulate his environment.)

Almost no one else knows how to mercilessly say harsh words and furiously quarrel, amplifying his emotional influence, as the IEI. The IEI knows how to burn someone by words as if by red hot metal, masterfully applying words enough for his partner to learn the lesson and draw the conclusions from his own errors and to try to as soon as possible correct them, in order not to repeat hence. Again, such ethical influence is psychologically oriented at his dual, Zhukov (SLE), at his inert emotions and somewhat coarse ethics. That which for Zhukov is nothing more than an effective method of emotional activation, for others (more sensitive personalities) can be unbearably trying.

In interaction the IEI holds a close psychological distance, as a consequence of which he can feel himself too vulnerable and too dependent of his partner. Therefore his quarrels are a required measure, the purpose of which is - on one side - to adjust psychological distance, and from another side - to draw attention of his partner to potential problems and express his needs in a form in which they are most readily received by his dual. The IEI is unable to speak of his problems in a "business tone" - this in his understanding is too crude and tactless, as he is subconsciously oriented at vulnerable emotions and demonstrative pragmatism of Zhukov. Therefore, he considers that a tactful and subtle hint is enough for his partner to correctly understand him and offer his services.

The IEI knows how to tune to his partner, how to adjust and adapt to him. If, for some reason, making contact doesn't go down well, this is always a reason for the IEI to feel worried. He starts to contemplate on the reasons that he was not allowed to approach - perhaps this person is not as open as he seems, or may be even presents a danger (here the IEI's intuition of time with a minus sign takes a hold - the desire to distance from danger).

Giving ethical evaluations of qualities of people around him, the IEI does it in accord to his own state: if he is in a good mood, he praises the person and offers his compliments - and if he is poor mood he will be critical towards others. In upset and irritated state the IEI gets an insurmountable desire to say the "truth right to person's face" and may say the most unpleasant truthful things.

Periodically the IEI can initiate conflicts – these are means for him to find out his own position in the system of relations. The entire range of emotions and states of Esenin is not only his "artistic palette", but also his "instrumental set" and his "weapons storehouse". The IEI is confident in his charm and his appeal, in his "arsenal" of attractive and dear fronts, which he magnificently uses. Moreover, these these are not just external appearances but unique states of his soul.

2nd Function - Fe Extraverted ethics

In terms of emotions, the ISFp often produces a two-way impression: outwardly - this is a lighthearted jovial merry person and an optimist, internally - a person who seems restrained and strained.

In an unfamiliar social group, the ISFp tries not to attract special attention and observes more than he acts. Outwardly the ISFp always seems calm, balanced, and confident in himself. With the apparent openness, internally he always seems reserved and distrustful. Frequently makes an impression of a person who is "on his own mind". And indeed, the ISFp fears to make a slip of the tongue and mention anything in excess.

At close distance, among familiar people, the ISFp communicates easily and freely; he or she knows how to create an informal and uninhibited situation. The SEI loves to entertain his or her friends by telling funny and amusing histories that spark their interest.

The ISFp knows how to and loves to be the soul of a company. He can wonderfully well raise the mood by telling anecdotes and jokes. If some jokes are received as being inappropriate, the SEI can also quickly and tactfully change the topic and direct the attention elsewhere. It must be noted that the ISFp maintains good mood in his group only in cases when this doesn't contradict his own internal state.

The ISFp is usually friendly, not prone to pick arguments and conflicts. He positively predisposes other people to himself, can make a personal contact with any person in his surroundings, and knows how to create feelings of warmth and cordiality. The SEI feels his conversation partners wonderfully well, knows how to emotionally tune to them, moreover, he does this completely sincerely. The wins the trust and confidence of people easily, and rarely misuses it (if only this is not required by the interests of its work).

The ISFp encourages his conversation partners to frankness and sincerity. (This is one quality which makes it possible for representatives of this type to make great intelligence officers, agents, psychotherapists, and educators.)

The ISFp is able to memorize and to reproduce the once experienced emotions, can empathize with a person and imagine what they must be going though, his feeling and his character. The SEI knows how to emotionally recreate and experience inside himself the emotional state of another person, as if passing the other person through himself or herself. (Due to this quality, ISFps can become very good actors, diplomats, and mediators.)

In case a serious quarrel or dispute starts, the ISFp tries to discharge situation, distract the people who are arguing or calm them down. (This trait is oriented at the problematic ethical aspects of his dual, ENTp "Don Quixote", who frequently gets stuck in arguments, which turn into quarrels.) Of course, the ISFp himself can get pulled into the quarrel with the conflicting side, but nevertheless the state of hostility is ultimately unpleasant for him or her. For this very reason, the SEI prefers to act as the connecting link between the opposing parties ("the master of shuttle diplomacy"). The SEI is always is glad to have an opportunity to reconcile, to persuade, and to convince someone. The SEI is adept at arranging or settling his/her matters by unofficial means.

Working in a position of supervisor or manager, the ISFp tries to maintain good relations with all of his or her employees. He considers it important to pay attention to the personal and psychological climate of the working group.

The ISFp tries to criticize others less - he/she does not like to conflict and to acquire enemies. Therefore, even if it is necessary to criticize someone, the SEI tries to do this in a soft form**. If the SEI sees that this antagonizes or traumatizes someone too much, he will step back, try to not aggravate relations, and turn everything into a joke. (This quality is absolutely necessary in personal contact with this dual, ILE "Don Quixote", who, as has already been mentioned, receives any criticism in his address extremely sensitively and acutely.)**

[**Editor's note: Often if ISFps want to criticize someone, they will do so through Fe rather than with logic, which are weak aspects for people of this type: they will make personal comments about their character, their relationships, or their actions, playfully teasing them, coming up with nicknames, creating funny caricatures of them, sometimes crossing the line and irreverently ridiculing and a person, as if inspiring them to change for the better, but they will step down if anyone gets too angry with them. Needless to say, not everybody reacts well to this Fe form of teasing, but these emotional contrasts are invigorating to their duals.]

The ISFp knows how to be the director of moods: if he considers it necessary to support someone, to justify how they feel, to calm them down or comfort them, he/she will do this magnificently well.

If the ISFp considers it necessary to draw attention to his or her own problems, he/she will do accomplish this "creatively": the ISFp will create the situation of the completely intolerable stress and won't "let go" until the problem start getting resolved, at least partially, or until he himself calms down. The ISFps don't feel ashamed to openly talk about their problems, moreover, in this the SEI does not always limit himself to a close circle of friends, due to which people of this type can sometimes produce the impression of complaining too much. (This ethical "tactic" is oriented at the ethics of emotions, Fe, of SEI's dual, ILE, who sometimes needs to be distracted from his fantastical projects and put before concrete facts and problems.)

    http://www.wikisocion.net/en/index.p...Stratiyevskaya

2nd Function - Ne Extraverted intuition

The EII finds it difficult to implement and realize his "non-conflicting" system of relations in a world full of contradictions. The qualities that aid and encourage him in this noble endeavor are his innate optimism and flexible intuition of possibilities.

EII believes that in each complex situation one should search for means, methods, and forms to smooth out emergent contradictions. For example, if both sides agree to certain concessions, this will already yield some results and their conflict will be, although partially, resolved. Conveniences of those near him EII often values greater than his own. EII constantly correlates own behaviors with the opinions, interests, and way of life of other people.

Creatively implemented intuition of possibilities allows the EII to be farsighted, prudent and judicious in his behavior. The purpose of his foresight is to be able to foresee possible complications of relations and act preemptively to avoid or prevent them. For example, an EII woman, when she was preparing a children's celebration, portioned the sweets in equal portions, since if she didn't do so, as she could foresee one of the invited children will eat more than others, and therefore make other children upset by such unfairness - and this cannot be allowed! For the same reason she did not allow her grandsons to bring candy out on the street - she considered the possibility that this will inspire resentment and envy in other children, and this would could have negative consequences.

Despite all his optimism, EII is capable of prudently calculating the worst course of events precisely for the purpose of avoiding negative consequences and making sure that everything works out in best possible way for himself and for others. As a result of these intuitive calculations, EII safeguards and insures his future actions. This sometimes leads to a positive outcome and the EII is able to avoid many troubles. For example, a family of the "enemy of the people" in expectation of their exile, have decided to give away their piano to a girl for their neighborhood as a gift. The girl (Dostoyevsky) was categorically against this present and demanded that the piano would be sent back. This episode in her family is recounted as a legend – it is considered that by this act she has saved her own family from repressions and exiles.

And nevertheless, however strong an intuition the EII possesses, his calculations don't always prove to be accurate. Indeed, one cannot foresee and account for all circumstances, especially since the EII frequently takes the desired for the real, and traces sometimes an imaginary course of events rather than the real one, relying on previously conceived stereotypes and generalized notions. For example, an EII may try to reconcile husband and wife, fearing that if he does not interfere their broken personal life could later affect him as well. In another case, he doesn't interfere between those who are fighting in order to "not draw the fight onto himself" and not to acquire future enemies.

In each specific case the correctness of calculations and behavior of Dostoyevsky depends on his previous experience and on how deeply he understands the situation.

Ethical-intuitive influence of EII is founded on his ability to notice and develop everything that is good in the human soul – this traits allows representatives of this type to do magnificent work as pedagogues. In each individual, EII denotes their ethical qualities and their potential. Dostoyevsky does not understand and does not accept such notions as "damaged children" or "rotten children". In his conception, there is not such concept as "damaged children" that could not be mended and persuaded by a positive personal example. Of course, development of positive qualities requires expenditure of time and honest effort and a lot of patience. Therefore, in the opinion of Dostoyevsky, the educator must constantly work on himself, improving his own qualities, instilling into himself a sense of conscientiousness and responsibility for the fate of the person entrusted to him.

In exactly the same manner Dostoyevsky considers that there are no relations that are initially hopeless, that could not be mended and improved with sufficient resourcefulness and patience, with the ability "to wait out the storm", to prove the sincerity of one's motives, to display the best traits of one's nature on one's personal example.

    http://www.wikisocion.net/en/index.p...Stratiyevskaya

    Creative function

The creative function is also called the function of implementation, implementing, realizing, or second function. This function describes the primary mode of application of the base function. If the base function forms the core of the individual's personal quests and interests ("What's in it for me?", "What do I want to be?"), the creative function describes his main instrument for interacting with the rest of society ("How do I make contact with other people?"). For extroverts this means creating a context for people to interact within, and for introverts — creating a product worthy of being included in interaction.

People use their creative function less than their base function and attach less personal significance to it, although due to the nature of blocked functions it is usually used in tandem with the base function. In their value system, their creative function activities seem less personally significant than their base function activities. When other people try to make this function the main criterion for everything, light irritation can arise, and the person may try to "correct" the other person's emphasis by presenting a perspective from his base function and suggesting that this is more important. Also, when other people express problems having to do with this information aspect, the person quickly takes interest and tries to present solutions — but always through his own base function. For instance, an SEE will try to help other people solve their Fi related problems (relationships and understanding between people) through a Se perspective (making sure you know what you want and are trying to achieve it; understanding the territorial aspect of interaction; recognizing the obvious "dumb things" that people are doing that are ruining the relationship). When people get to use their creative function to help others' problems, they feel needed and fulfilled and begin to live more fully. Likewise, criticism in this area is more sensitive and unpleasant than in the base function.

Use of the creative function — while frequent and effortless — seems to turn on and off. One moment the person may seem highly interested in this aspect, and the next — totally indifferent. This may jar people for whom this aspect of reality is of more supreme importance and who expect more consistent attention and effort in this area. A good example of this is one's interaction with their mirror partner; each person's leading function is subject to the other's creativity function, so even though both partners do share similar worldviews, they are apt to 'correct' or add on to the other's rigid and finalized points.
    Leading function

The leading function, also called the base, program, or simply first function, is an individual's most dominant psychic function. It describes in general terms the person's most comfortable thinking patterns, perspective on life, state of mind, and behavioral style as well as their positive motivational forces (what they pursue most vigorously when they have a choice). The leading function is critical to interpersonal dynamics because people constantly and inadvertently make judgments, assessments, and assumptions based on it. These comments and judgments portray a particular set of core values and share a common vector or general message, and those who the person interacts closely with must be accepting of this message for interaction to be cohesive and compatible.

Generally speaking, the leading function perceives, processes, and produces information most intensively. When a person "speaks" or "acts" from their leading function, they convey a sense of robust confidence and often begin to speak categorically, persuasively, and using exaggerations.

Proper development of one's leading function is generally seen as being crucial to personal development. This requires having people around you who are accepting of your core values and most natural, confident behavior styles. Profession-wise, the base function provides the best platform for developing a unique niche that will bring real value to other people. Rather than describing the professions a person would be best at, the base function describes a general approach and behavior style that can be successfully applied to virtually any field of activity.

Use of the base function comes effortlessly and produces a sense of internal satisfaction regardless of any external rewards. Base function activities can easily be developed into highly effective and productive skills, but there is also a tendency to indulge too much in the base function just because it is easy and rewarding. When overuse becomes extreme, a feeling of emptiness and pointlessness follows, and use of the base function stops bringing satisfaction.

The influence of the base function on perception and core values is so strong that people tend to project these values onto other people: everyone else surely must want the same things that your base function strives for. This projection is often a source of conflict with other people who have opposing values, but it is also one of the mechanisms for dualization. The base function's empathy towards others stimulates duals (and, to a certain degree, activators and semi-duals) to try to take care of the other person's problems with the corresponding function. This is exactly what the dual is looking for subconsciously, since one dual's base function is the other's suggestive function. However, in many other cases a person's natural interest in aspects of other people's lives that correspond to his own base function creates mistrust and strained relations.

According to the dimensionality of functions, the base function is able to effectively process and apply personal experience and social norms, present different solutions for different situations, and recognize and extrapolate the development of this aspect of information over time. The time dimension, which is shared by the demonstrative function, allows it to "fill in the blanks" between two related aspects, thus allowing it to infer the existence of previously unknown content.

I used both a SEI-IEI comparison and regular descriptions here https://www.sociotype.com/tools/type-comparison/SEI-IEI

-I'm very curious, and novel is what I'm all about!
    -Flexible and adaptable
    -Mind buzzing with ideas
    -Don't break up tasks
-Usually more idealistic than practical(and I'd say other people would say so too)
    -Usually bad with details

SEI descriptions do sound a lot like 9 ^^
