This is something I noticed too especially in Te subtype, I found it quite surprising for Fe PoLR.

On the whole, not too bad. Only two comments:

1) SLIs don't give a shit about accolades. That's an Fe thing.
2) They aren't very focused professionally, usually the opposite.
