I'd like SLI if male, I think SLI females suffer more due society expectations, so if female Idk, guess some type from delta or alpha. An Se valuer would probably feel unfitting or even suffer in my family.
To fit the image of a type perfectly does not exist, as the images aren't people. But to fit in the 'gradient' of a specific template of a type is possible according to theory. Theory would state, if i'm not mistaken, that the individual seeks mostly to become skilled in the weak, valued functions. This would relate to people seeking capability in specific skills, that would have to be categorised within the IE itself. When the skill becomes multifaceted, decision has to be made whether or not it is more, Fe, Fi etc.
The question feels like eugenics, and it does make me somewhat unfomfortable to think of my potential kids in terms of what I would like them to be.
Its just for fun. Not like one can decide their type. Most of us are not even sure if we are going to have kids anyway.
But its more Ne>Ni, Si>Se question maybe.

I have three kids already. Each of them are very different and have their own distinct personalities. I like the diversity.
I'm not sure if I want to have children, but in a case they would happen to be born..I don't have a one ideal type, but I think I could handle parenting an: ILE, LII, SEI, IEI, EIE, ILI, IEE and SLI. In an ideal case I'd love my children to be IEI or IEE, any maybe SLI.

I wonder sometimes if Fe valuers genetically produce Fe valuers and vice versa. I think sometimes the Fe vs Fi clash is so big that a Fi valuing parent would feel little to no connection to a Fe valuing offspring, and vice versa. I am kinda creepily picturing an ILI mom with a stern sociopathic face while her IEI Baby cries and she doesn't even want to breast feed the damn thing cuz its some stupid gay ass Fe valuer. and the IEI dies and starves and the ILI just gives no fucks whatsoever (even though the super ego is screaming that 'it should care' it just does not) - that's why it doesn't happen and Fe parents breed Fe babies and Fi parents Fi babies.
My parents had a lot of empathy for me, and I think shared Fe valuing had tons to do with that socionically... just saying. I was being campy to make a point lol. I'm sure seriously not all ILI moms would treat their IEI babies that way. =D But idk I think I'm on to something with the Fe/Fi thing. Maybe.

Yes, I think in general if you share elements with your parents (at leas one), there is more understanding than if not. My parents are both Si creatives, they are both very emphatic toward me. Between my Fe Si mom has more emphaty with my beta sibblings than my Si Te dad (however he always supports us and love all of us). On the other hand, IEI sister and Si parents can't agree in Si matters (health) for example.
In the case of ILI and IEI, they share their first element, so emphaty should be fine there. Its harder when there is no shared elements at all I think.
Sorry, I've 1DNe suggestive, I use Ne sometimes to ask about dumb things as source of entertainment.
My son has a couple of friends who I've identified as IEE and for all they annoy other people I enjoy being around them and find them very easy and get what they do more or less. So perhaps that would work quite well, if I had to pick, though I have never spent a long time with them. I think irrationals are better for living arrangements with me.
I'll take an EII, an SLI, an ILI, an SEE, an LII, an ILE, an SEI...okay, so I'm not really picky, I'm just avoiding Betas.
EII or SEI if male, ILE or LSE if female. ESI or LII either way. Beta children will be given up for adoption.
