When asked to describe what I do for a living, I struggle. As much of what I do is beyond my job description. Yes, I build customer experiences for large corporations, but really what I am doing is coming up with custom and creative ways to convince my clients that their organizations must become customer-centric in their operations. When I succeed, I am invaluable to my clients, but too often I fail. I am eager to explore my personality type in order to increase my success rate.
