My LSI did'nt when we were friends or dating. The LSIs I know have a kind of laid back confident sensal vibe. It's like they know women will approach them. They definitley look but are more discreet. Confident in what they want and totally and in their approach if they do....but from I see they wait for the ESEs, EIEs etc to approach and are non-chalant. They usually are drawn to the warmth of Fe, I'm not sure about high matience part.
