I tend to think of extraverted victims as just throwing themselves at whoever they like in a way that's generally unwelcome and bizarre from the perspective of people other than their duals, as opposed to the stereotype of "come rescue me!" that goes more with introverted victims. This song pretty much covers all of it. You have:

- hidden agenda wanting to play the aggressor and coming onto the other person at first
- Demonstrative switcharoos and weird euphemisms, but not just weird for the sake of weird so much as the big picture and rattling up the other person with that Beta "dramatic events" and testing them like a Beta Vicitm
- An active "I want to receive" approach with "Come on baby, lay the real thing on me" rather than waiting like IEI does
- Being Strategic and developing what they're saving over time
- Obstinate repeatedly demanding things
